I forgot to wear my gloves for the first part of Job 1.

My hands were like blocks of ice....

One car driver who didn't stop when I walked in the road

Mouthed "Sorry" as she want past  me...

It might be cold, but at least the sun is out..

My Dining Room's Voile panels are looking in the sunshine↓

The sunshine was out at Job 2.↓

 Finally after the 4th job,

It was time to take off the smoking hot roller boots...

 Time to celebrate the Weekend....

Feeling Wanted!

Welcome to my Thursday.

It would have been my parent's 49th Wedding Anniversary today.

But my late mum died 4 years ago ;'(

I entered a photo in a Facebook competition.

I won it :)

I enjoyed the lovely scenery before Job 2.↓

The sun was following for afternoon shift of Job 1 

 I had one of my favourite songs from the 1970's was on the recent CD I bought.

I tried to sing it at some co-workers at Job 3 later on... 

 "I bet you saw me comin' after you alone
Wanted
Boy, you're everything I ever wanted"

I didnt sing it in tune....🎶♬

They had never heard of it :(

Feel sorry for my kids,

As they will have to put up with my warbling along with it on the school run tomorrow....

Welcome to my Hump of the Week.

It's starting to get cold in the morning...

The thermal knickers will be put on later on this week...

Had to go to somewhere again for more coffee and chat...↓

Might have to make room in my bedroom for these...↓

Speaking of bedrooms...🛏

 Just got to Job 2 in time...↓

 My new voile panels are looking nice in my Dining Room window...

It was the day to cheer people up

(Or try to...)

One my friends at the end of my shift of Job 1

Burst into a flood of tears as her husband had lost his job :'(

I too started to cry, and then we both laughed together...

She felt better, I was glad she felt better,as I wiped away my tears.

Next stop, was to cheer up another friend...

A little trip to...

We met up for coffee and a little bit of chat..

Then onwards to Job 2.

I met up with my friend who felt a lot better after our coffee and chat.

We will enjoy more coffee dates in the future..

At least my garden lights are still working..

All ready for what Hump day throws at me tomorrow.... 

 

Simple Pleasures

It was time to step onto the wobbly work wheel for the start of the week,

I was expected some Monday Madness for Job 1.

Only it was a Quiet Monday instead....

I had lovely views of the surrounding fields for the start of Job 2.

My friend failed to get the Lunchtime Supervisor job she went for.

So I gave her a big hug.

She shared her bag of Revels with me before I started the afternoon shift of Job 2.

I promised her coffee tomorrow to get her smiling again....😁

In today's I newspaper that was a survey of Simple Pleasures that cheer us Brits up the most....

A kiss 💋  and cuddle came in 1st....

Welcome to October!

I was so bad during the night

(Coughing and sneezing)

So I went back to bed at 9am

No to Couch to 5k. 

Later on we went off to get some food shopping..

Nice teapot ↓↓

 In need of a Boost...🚀

To make up for not doing it in the morning.

Pink lycra time..↓

We did another lap around the near-by Lake.↓

Kept the hoodie on,

 as didn't break into too much sweat this time....↓

There was smoke coming off my trainers...↓

Going to try and do a early morning walk before work this week...

Let's hope the sun is shining,

And we don't throw the alarm clock across the bedroom.....

 When it goes off at 5am....!

You Got What It Takes...

After going to bed early last night 🛏

I was up early

 (5am!!!! on a Saturday!!!)

To keep my eyes open...

Had some nice coffee...out...↓

We went home afterwards to have lunch.

Then the plan was to go on fast walk around the lake.

Then it started to rain...🌧

While waiting, we went off to ONLY look around in...↓

Some nice items for Christmas....🎅↓

 

If only I had room in bedroom for it....↓

 This bed would look nice in my bedroom↓

 Oh so true....↓↓↓↓

 Coffee time out again....⛾↓

The rain stopped for a short while when we got home...

↓The pink lycra went on...↓

 We did a lap of the Lake in under 30 minutes...↓

Now to add the new Dunelm red bed sheets on our 🛏 😉😉
