I didn't take up the chance of a lie-in today.

So much to cram in...

Rounded up the kids,

 After getting the main item I came in for

Time to try their coffee... ⛾

 I acquired more items to my basket,

once I looked around again...

My friend who I saw on Tuesday,

was rushed into hospital yesterday :(

She is hopefully coming out this weekend.

I will visit her with some freshly made shortbread, with added hugs \o/

The results of my recent blood test

Ain't looking too good...

So got to have YET another one next week...

I will remember to bring a coffee, 

And bags of patience....

I had to have another blood test 

(6th this year)

I thought I got there, it won't take too long.

(Boy, was I wrong)

The waiting room was full (at 9.20)

I was sat opposite a older version of Peter Capaldi

He kept dozing off.

(most of the people kept doing as well!)

My number to go in was...

When number 7 was called in, I knew it was going to be long day.

Thank god for Twitter, that helped past the time...

Tall thin long hair woman arrived, sat down,drunk her coffee and played with her phone.She was number 22.

When number 9 called, she got up and left...

When the nurse called out number 11,

some people were having ago at her.

She told them she was on her own,

"Come back tomorrow when it will be quieter."She told them.

5 left.

(I have waited a hour and half, I wasn't going no where!)

The lookalike Peter Capaldi went in

(He was number 16)

Then I got called in afterwards.

10 minutes later, I was free....

 I went to see a friend for chat and coffee.

Ever better later on, my Thone Room is going to be much improved! 🚽

Just need to use some WD40 to undo the fixings to that horrible plastic toilet seat!!

Wishing For The 00..

We had a busy Thursday...

First I had a blood test...

Pity my number didn't have 00 before my number..↓

 Then to carry on with our road trip to pick up something for the kitchen...

Even had a takeaway coffee on the way..

While on the way back home, I picked up a nice blanket box for £5!

Now to use up some chilli!

 

Soggy Bottom

If I thought the weather could get any worst,

I was wrong!!!

Soaked through during 1st part of Job 1

(Had soggy soaks at the end)

Off to Hospital for more taking of the blood...in heavy rain...

Trying not to sing...

Blood test time.

 

Veins wasn't being tight this time.

I have now 4 job interviews

 between Friday of this week and Friday of next week. 

(Waiting to hear on 2 more jobs)

More Heavy rain for second shift of Job 1

Trying To Get At The Red Stuff

Back to work after 3 days.

Red car nearly took me out on the return to Job 1.

Queued in the Post Office for 25 minutes.

The woman behind me kept using word Funk every 5 minutes!

(Later I heard her asking nicely for the £7.50 in the account when she got finally got served)

Lots of people were banging their gums, huffing and puffing wating to be serviced.

Annual blood test after that fun.

My blood was being tight

 (as normal)

Couldn't get any from my arm,

Next best thing on top of my hand....

(Oooo it hurt, and had to look away from having it done!)

 What better after that....?

Coffee of course!

 

You Can Never Tell!

Welcome to a sunny Tuesday.

Back to work...

Getting car drivers to stop today, is going to take a lot of patience!

First stop was to visit the dentist, for a check up!

After telling the Dentist,how much fun I had having 2 teeth pulled out last month.

I had two tubes of toothpaste for free :)

Next stop was Princess of Wales Hospital in Bromsgrove.

More blood tests.

No luck with the arm,

Instead taking blood out of the top of my hand.

Done and dusted in 5 minutes!

 I have a full week of doctor's visits, making a Leaving card and cupcakes...

Now to rest with a coffee...

As you can never tell how long it takes the body to make more blood!

They're Being Tight Again!!

My children was so happy with their cowboy outfits.

The happy cowboys were dropped at school

Survived the first shift of Job 1

Caught up with my blogs....

Then it was time to give up some blood for another blood test.

Arms wasn't giving up a drop...

3 times the Nurse tried, no vein was willing.

Try again in 2 weeks!

Someone parked too close to my driver's door in the Asda's car park.

So I had to climb over the passenger seat, double somersault, with a leg flick to finish!

Good job no one was watching, it would have made their day! 

 

Giving It Up For Lent!

Back on the wobbly work wheel today.

Got blown about at work, and it rained for the last 15 minutes of my shift.

Had breakfast at the M&S cafe.

Got told off by my older son for not using the dash cam I bought.

"It's no use being at home, you are supposed to use it!"

He is off to Venice next week for a holiday.

If this rain continues here, we will have to be using boats to get round!

Went to the Doctors for a blood test.

The veins in my arm as normal was being tight for giving up blood.

3 test tubes later, I was surprised to find my blood was red not green ;P

I am giving up cake & chocolate for Lent.

Hubby has reluctantly joined in.

He is glad it is only for 40 days.....
