Live It Up!

On weekends, we slow it down.Friday nights, we bust out a movie, and there is popcorn all over the place - Jason Winston George
I was up far too early for Saturday!
 Enjoying a early cup of tea...↓
I listened to the "Sounds of the 60s"
Followed by breakfast↓
I got the cakes ready to take to my friend's Pamper Day..
 
I packed up the cakes into Sexy Beast
Sunshine is back!
Dropped cakes off.
Came back to give Ruby her cucumber slice↓ 

Back out↓
 The view from car park 4↓
 
Going down↓↓↓
 One son went to have his hair cut.
I needed to do some little errends.
We all met up by The Works...
Then off to get some tyres...↓
 Off to Lidl for the weekly shop↓
Gets back to have a lovely bacon sandwich↓
Followed by coffee and nibble...↓
We sorted out my dad's paperwork.
Sorted out his bills.
We had a cheese toastie for our evening meal.
We now have caught up for the week of:

Denver  Pyle: was an American film and television actor. He was well-known for a number of TV roles from the 1960s through the 1980s, including his portrayal of Briscoe Darling Jr. in several episodes of The Andy Griffith Show, as Jesse Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard during 1979–1985, as Mad Jack in the NBC television series The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams, as well as the titular character's father, Buck Webb, in CBS's The Doris Day Show.
He would have been 99 years old.
(He died aged 77 in 1997)
 Eric  Burdon : is an English singer-songwriter and actor. He was previously the vocalist of rock band The Animals and funk band War.He is regarded as one of the British Invasion's most distinctive singers with his deep, powerful blues-rock voice. He is also known for his aggressive stage performances.
In 2008, he was ranked 57th in Rolling Stone's list The 100 Greatest Singers of All Time.
He is 78 years old.
John Leslie "Les" Chadwick: is an English bassist.Chadwick's bass guitar work can be heard on all of the 1960s recordings made by the pop group, Gerry and the Pacemakers.When the Pacemakers split up in 1966, he bought a garage with fellow former Pacemaker, Les Maguire. In 1973, Chadwick moved to Sydney, Australia, where he set up an employment agency.
He is 76 years old. 
Bob Marley :Was a Jamaican singer and songwriter. Considered one of the pioneers of reggae, his musical career was marked by blending elements of reggae, ska, and rocksteady, as well as forging a smooth and distinctive vocal and songwriting style. Marley's contributions to music increased the visibility of Jamaican music worldwide, and made him a global figure in popular culture for over a decade.
He died aged 36 in 1981
