Giving The Bush A Trim!

"I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it." - Mae West
Welcome to Friday's...Eve...
Our bedroom is still looking like a 💣 has hit it....
Slowly losing the will.....
I gave everyone  sloppy 💋💋💋 before they all left...
I meanwhile enjoyed a first coffee of Thursday...
I loaded up the washing machine
&
Dishwasher...
Liquid Lunch↓
 The sunshine is back!

Big sunglasses time!
I filled up Sexy Beast....
It went over the 00.....
Then dreaded £20.01!!!
One woman paid for her diesel for her Range Rover.
She didn't blink at the total....
I did when the amount was announced!
£84!!!
Off to work in the sunshine.
Plenty of singing along.
Took a peek in the newspaper

The church in the distance.
Everyone was getting my surname wrong...
Time for a name badge I think!
The temperature is going ↗↗↗↗↗

It's nice to keep cool....↓
I finished decorating the bathroom wall↓

I comes back from my other job with a lovely red face.
I trim the bush back↓
Off to do my other job with some great tunes to listen too...
It was nice for it to be still be light...
Back to sorting out that bedroom until the Friday Feeling appears....

Once Met, Never Forgotten!

Five exclamation marks:the sure sign of an insane mind - Terry Pratchett
Welcome to my Hump of the Week🐫
Let's hope we are not going to have repeat of the wet one we had yesterday!
The updating of our bedroom is getting there...slowly 🐢🐢🐢
At least the wardrobes are put together, and the chest of drawers are slowly being filled up.

I need another bedside cabinet with drawers as I am running out of room!!!!!
Once I gave some sloppy kisses 💋💋💋  to everyone before they left the house.
I searched high and low and found a bedside cabinet!
Out the door I go.
I nipped into my local Tesco Express, bumped into an ex-postman (We had a chin wag) and a former PCSO who I knew while I did my ex-lollypop job.
Then I went to collect the bedside cabinet.I got no help from the seller, who said;
"Don't trip over the step, that would be more paperwork for me!"
I carried to my Sexy Beast. On the way I dropped some bread around to my dad's (As he had phoned earlier, wanting some). My younger brother had already got him some!!!!!
I some how got the bedside cabinet up the stairs, and on top of the chest of drawers!
It won't be stopping this colour....
I had a quick coffee with toast...
Back out without a rain coat!
At least George is having fun with Zippy!

I had a quick sneak at the Newspaper
It was a Very Important Birthday Today↓
*Georgie Fame is 76 years old...*
Now to make the most of the dry dinnertime!
I entertained a year of children with my acting on how my invisible remote turned off the projecter.
(The Teacher had the real remote)
We had a visit from the Paramedics, one of them recognised me from two years ago, when I had my accident in the car park.
She was on the scene in her ambulance.
"You were the one who had the ankle accident!" She said to me...
"Once met, never forgotten," I said.
Finally got home

Rather large parcel was waiting for me↓
 I hope it's not a 🐰
I had a free sample of perfume↓
Loads up dishwasher.
Off to work I go.
Before I mopped the kitchen floor, I couldn't find my Wet Floor Sign...
I got my spare one from the factory toilets.
I asked my boss if he had seen it.
It had been disposed off as he fell over it last night!!!
I told him, "There are more people who slip on wet floors, then trip over wet floor signs!"
He wasn't having any of it.
I am waiting for my other sign to disappear!
Gets back home.
The kids go and fetch the new lawnmower my hubby ordered from Aldi, that had been delivered to one of the factory units down the bottom!.
I meanwhile am making a Shepherd's Pie for tea!
After tea,
I was out doing my other job with some good music at hand!

I'm already to wear that 👙 soon....
The hot weather is coming....

What A Wet One!

Music is a higher revelation then all wisdom and philosophy - Ludwig Van Beethoven
I am going to enjoy today....
Plenty of sunshine to do some gardening, I thought!
My children told me at 7am,
They had left their school bags at Granddads yesterday. I had to get dressed and grab my rain mac, as it was raining heavily!
Picked up newspaper on the way round.
Got both school bags.
One son turned down a lift to school,
I dropped my other son near the school,
As I had to wait for Poundstretcher to open
 I got 6 of them
Then off to Morrisons to get more cleaning supplies.
I saw my friend down there. She said:"Once her mum passes away, she is moving to Spain, as it's getting too expensive to live  here!"
I said, "Once Brexit happens, you might be the only English person living in Spain!"
I get back in the rain to enjoy a much needed Coffee↓
I take Alexa upstairs with me, to sort out the bags of clothes, CDs and DVDs. And to make a space where the wardrobe is going...
Lots of good 60s tunes to listen to.
After 3 hours of singing...
Liquid Lunch!
I had a rare day off from my dinnertime job.
They went on a school trip.
Back to tidying up the bedroom.
I was up for some paid cleaning then.
I did my cleaning job,
And came back to make leeks, ham, mushrooms in cheese sauce↓
Hubby went to see my dad.
I went off to do my other job with some great music...
I got back and the other wardrobe was finally up!
Let's hope we have a sweaty Hump day tomorrow not a wet one!🐫

Out With The Old....

Sometimes it takes a good fall to really where you stand - Hayley Williams
Back on that Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡
So much to do to our bedroom....
Out with the old,
In with some nearly new stuff...
One small problem like normal...
*Not enough room to put clothes in! *
I gave everyone sloppy 💋💋💋 before everyone left the house.
I had a first coffee and nibble of the day↓
 Loaded up the dishwasher.
Liquid Lunch↓
Back onto the wobbly work wheel 🎡

While I was waiting to pay for the newspaper.
The woman in front of me, had £23 worth of scratch cards. The Shop assistant just shook her head when the woman left the shop.
Back to work I go..
 I hope it keeps dry
The sun might not be out,
But I had a nice red face when I got back home...

I moved my hubby's old chest of drawers out of the bedroom, and then I moved my dressing table to the empty spot. Followed by me bringing in my nearly new chest of drawers.
I really need this↓
 Second job done.
Now for a chicken stir fry....↓
Done my final job of the evening with some great music...
Nice red clouds↓

I made an estimation that hubby would return home by midnight....
I was half an hour out...
More work to be done on bedroom tomorrow......
(Will it never end!)
