Back to Black

Now to enjoy Sunday.....
Hubby was clearing out Cola's cage.
I tided up around my computer desk.
Smells nice of polish...
Back to writing my new book ...
Oh dear the keyboard won't work.
Looked closer to the lead...
(oh dear, one gerbil was hungry!)
Goodbye to the pink keyboard.
Back to a boring black one!

Trying To Escape It!

So glad it's Friday!
(Lots of Friday Feeling to enjoy)
3 day holiday coming up....\o/
The rain won't leave me...
(It's like a clingy ex-lover)
Good job I left a umbrella in my sexy beast...
(The view I had when I was walking back to my car in the rain..)
I escaped the rain, by watching a good 1960 film,
 with my dad.
Peter Cushing
 and
Oliver Reed was in it
I managed to watch all of it.
Those dark clouds are still following me....

Every Ticket Tells A Story!

Welcome to Throwback Thursday
After sorting out my sheds and garage last weekend.
I stumbled upon a matchday ticket from 2007
I went to the match with my two sons aged 3 and 2 years old.
(James with the match day mascot)
There is a interesting story that goes with this matchday ticket.
It was 1st Dec 2007.
It was quite cold in Leicester.
James was suffering from a bad cough at the time.
We were sat in the family stand, two rows from the front. We watched the players warm up. Once the match started. We all got excited. Then James started to cough and brought up everything he had eaten that day over him and me.
There was parting of the waves
 (Home supporters)
We had to leave, I cleaned James up.
The temperature was going down, so we went back to the car, and off home.
The result of the match...
Leicester 1 - 2 Southampton.
We haven't been to watch a match since....

Freaky Weather Time!

Welcome to my Hump of the Week..
The leggings went back on, as the temperature had dipped to a very chilly 3c...
I survived the first part of Job 1
Now for coffee and chat at
Now for that coffee...
Found something that would look nice in my garden....↓↓
Don't know where it all would go, but we could make room...😎😎
In the afternoon, all sorts of weather I experienced.....
Sunshine, rain, snow, sleet, hail and back to blue skies...

Where To Put It All?

Today was a waiting game...
My remaining items from my rented garage was being delivered...
So while I waited in....
Out came Henry for a little play.
Polished all the pictures,
Washing machine went on,
Writing  steamy chapters of my book..
 1pm...
 My items arrived.
It filled up the shed,
 (the door went back on!)
Someone who saw my stuff being unloaded,
and said "What a lot of stuff I had!"
I laughed, and responded.
"I'm trying to cut down....on hoarding."
There are just some things you can't throw out.....

Putting More Steamy In The Book

Back to work for me,
Back to school for our kids \o/
After all the lovely sunshine over the last two weeks...
The rain had to make appearance....
Back on the wobbly work wheel for Job 1.
After that fun, and getting wet.
Time to feel some warmth...
I had the police and the rain come down on the afternoon shift of Job 1.
I made the male Policeman blush, by saying he needs to be in my next steamy book....
(A bonking Policeman in it to keep all the bored, randy Housewives happy! )
Better get home to write this down, before I forget it!!
