The alarm went off, and "Sounds of the 60s" was on. However I didn't take out my ear plugs so I missed it!

Nice warm hug with brew.

Breakfast.

Dressed.

The teddy duvet cover is going on later, as there is nothing worst getting into a cold bed at night!

Out of the house to drop of son at work.

I was happly singing along with Phil in Sexy Beast.

Son moaned about my singing in my OWN CAR.

He might have to walk to work in the future....

Now onto Dunelm..

Picks up curtain rail and laundry bin.

Nice sofa but I'm happy with my one. Then off to Wickes to pick up some yellow plastic bins for some D.I.Y that's going to go on in my house shortly...

Back home...for coffee

Hubby takes down the old curtain rail.

I get the sewing machine out.

Bacon sandwich before I start!

I sew on another layer to the bathroom curtains.

The Delivery men arrived with the new washing machine.

They took the old one out and plumbed the new one.....

Now to put it on...

I finished the curtain that is going up in the Living Room.

&

The curtain that is going up in Bedroom window.

Hubby and son went shopping.

(He will finish putting up the curtain rail tomorrow)

I made two draught excluders.

Hubby came back with the shopping.

Younger son went round to give his neighbour's shopping.

Once the shopping was put away.

Time for tea.

We had only one magic bag to fetch.

It was from Waitrose.

I finally read a whole week's newspapers in one go.

I put the teddy duvet cover back on the bed.

We caught up with two episodes of "Hell's Kitchen"

Sleep Tea time.

He is 62 years old 🎈

Performing first as Shane Fenton in the 1960s, Jewry had a moderately successful career in the pre-Beatles era, hitting the UK top 40 with four singles in 1961–62. He died on this day in 2014 aged 72.

Breakfast.

Dressed.

The temperatures are not too bad finally.

Once I gave hubby his sloppy wet 💋 before he left the house.

I enjoyed a hot shower.

Then I got the kids up ready for their on-line learning experience.

First coffee of the day.

Then it out for a little ride...

I got my newspaper.

Next stop was Asda.

We needed tea bags and kitchen rolls.

At least everyone was wearing their facemasks!

Back home.

Unpacked shopping.

Now to update the blog with two blog posts from the weekend.

Added some good 60s music to my jukebox on Twitter.

Lunchtime.

After lunch, time to search for a good film.

I will watch this great film this week↓

I watched another good film instead.

I gave hubby a big sloppy wet 💋 when he got home.

Everyone else had Cornish Pasties.

I sent hubby off to bed as he was snoring on the sofa.

I had my sleep tea..

I watched the newspaper review.

Once I got ready for bed, suddenly everyone was up waiting to use the toilet!

I am mounting a rather small Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡

 My hubby had to go to work.

We enjoyed breakfast in bed.

I gave him a sloppy 💋 before he left.

Now to do my chores...

Washing machine went on.

Wet washing on the line.

I repotted some plants before it got too warm to move!

 

 

 

I have a tomato growing↑

Now for coffee↓

 Kids got up and now out for a ride in Sexy Beast.

 It's getting warm!

While we were on the way to put in my dad's perscription at his doctors.

A car overtook another car, it was still on my side of road, I had to brake sharply, and slammed my hand on the horn.

I was a couple of seconds away from a head on crash!

 We nip into B&M↓

 In need of a ice cream↓

 Gets back home in the heat↓

 

 Ties up my beans with the canes I got from B&M

 Nice bit of lunch↓

 Where has the sun gone??

 Chocolates left out in this warm weather↓

When I gets back,

I need a sucky!

My brother came round with some storage solution for my son's room...

There was a nice car parked over the road.
