Playing With Chocolate....

3 days to go until school and I break up for Christmas \o/

Now the Scout cake has finished.

Now for the cake for Redditch Bake Off to be completed in 2 days!

Had a quick play Kenny the Kenwood.

 The melted chocolate was added once the cake had cooled down.

Then the kit kats were added...

Time for some fresh air 

and to observe the bright moon.

 

I'm going to have more fun fun tomorrow with cake and Xmas cards.....

 

 

Fancy A Bit...?

After finishing the Scout Cake yesterday.

 It was time for a quick play with my Henry.

Dining room nice and tidy for the second cake to be made for Friday.

Once that cake is made.

Put away the boxes of cake decorating crap.

In their place, the boxes of card making crap.

This year's Christmas cards got to be made.

I got soaked doing part 2 of Job 1.

One car driver had the nerve to park on the zig zags.

I went over to remind him not to park on them.

The parents in front of me, moved out of the way,

Like parting of the Red Sea.

After I told the car driver,

He thought about what I said, and drove off.

At least everyone at Scouts liked my cake 

At the Scouts Christmas Party :)

Back on the final week on the wobbly work wheel

I had a nice dark start for my Job 1

 Parents still parking on the Zig Zags.

 Now to make the Scouts cake...

We visited Solihull to pick up a Xmas present.

Looked around the store... 

(Might as well!)

 Was so tempted to get another Fridge Freezer for Christmas...↓↓

Bah Humbug!

I was awake early enjoying a cup of tea.

Checked to see if I had any maintenance for our kids off ex-plum

Nothing.

Oh dear.

Later on phoned the CSA, he hadn't paid a bean.

Scrooge is still alive and breathing....

It will of course be added to his other arrears by the new lot doing the maintenance now.

This doesn't help getting the kid's presents I promised.

Got some small  Xmas presents for now

Lumo Lemon Time!

Sadly lacking this Friday Feeling..

Still waiting to hear from school on what they are doing about what happened on Wednesday.

As we are having dark mornings,

Some people are driving around with one bulb or no lights on at all.

In a good way I am dressed like a lumo lemon..

I Believe In Father Christmas

I woke up to a very dark morning.

I heard Greg Lake's "I Believe In Father Christmas" on the radio.

I said to my hubby:

 "I bet he has some royalties for this song."

Found out later he had passed away yesterday.

Greg Lake had actually discussed in a newspaper in 2005

about the royalties for his song......

The homemade Shepherd's pie was all eaten up....

 Back to cake making tomorrow...
