On Top Tonight!

Three jobs Tuesday is nearly finished.

I was still trying to finish my son's Birthday cake after 10pm last night.

Jack was well pleased with the finished effort.

It has been so hot today.

Tonight we will be sleeping on top of the 16 tog duvet and not under it.

I was dressed head to toe in white,

and slapped all over with factor 50 sun cream.

No red lobster time for me!

Making & Baking....

Last day of the weekend.

I have so much to do today, and less time to do it.

I was going to get up at 6am to start on the Birthday card.

But I rolled over, hugged hubby, and went back to Zzz.

Finally finished my son's 10th Birthday card later on.

Now baked the cake.

Got let it cool down to add the frosting.

Jack has done his designs for his cake...

The grand unveiling will be tomorrow...

Up In The Air

Woo hoo it's Saturday...

Wages goes in bank account, and soon goes back out.

This time it's for the Money Pit, oops I mean the Pink Princess.

Two nice shiny tyres....

After the household bills are took out the first week of July,

I am left with £16 for the rest of the month..

One co-worker said to me,last week,

"Why don't you get another car?"

I replied,"What with shirt buttons????".

Pounding Of The Gums....

Had another day of chilling.

Met up with a good friend for coffee and chat.

She gave me more free craft crap(for card making)

I gave her some wool ( for knitting)

I won't have to buy anymore craft supplies for a bit( yeah right!)

I still have a Birthday cake and card to do by Monday...

Now to celebrate the start of the weekend,

By drinking from "Keep Calm & Relax" cup...

Kinky Boots

Today I have been chilling at home, I found time to do  2 jobs.

I have been relaxing, taking deep breathes of air, and chilling.

I sat in my front garden, and started singing to my plants.

Singing along (out of tune) to some classics...

I did hear the sad news of the death of Patrick Macnee

I remember him in the James Bond film "A View To A Kill".

He had a run in with May Day in the car wash!

He did sing on a song with Honor Blackman called

"Kinky Boots".

I was given 28 tomato plants by my dad yesterday.

I have been feeding them,singing to them, and even talking to them.

Anyone for a jar of Green Tomato Chutney?
