No Internet Connection

My Internet connection has broken.

So until that has been fixed.

I will be doing a lot more Housework,baking & making.

Normal service will resume soon.

Play Time!

After such a busy day yesterday.

I went to bed early.

I however was up at 6am.

No Internet connection either!

So I did some housework instead!

Henry came out for a play.

All completed by 7am!

I unloaded my trolley, which had all the items

 I bought at the NEC yesterday.

Mmmm loads of craft crap to keep me busy!

The Eclipse, The Eclipse!!!

Everyone was talking about the eclipse of the sun and mood today.

Everyone was so excited, the last one was in 1999.

Soon as I finished job 1 this morning.

Hubby and I stood in the front garden, waiting...

Then it happened, I took the picture with my phone!

Won't be long before the next one, it's in April!

 

Washing The Princess

Today I decided my Pink Princess (my car) needed a good spit & polish.

As I am in no rush today.

Out came the pink rubber gloves, bucket of hot water with sponge and a cup of coffee.

Gave her a good rub down with the sponge.

Dried her down.

Then out come the polish.

Even Henry came out to play.

The Princess was vacuumed all over.

Time For That Waitrose Moment!

I put the roller skates back on.

I put out the Kings & Queens table for 10 lucky kids at dinnertime.

Heard about a new diet, called No Eat diet.

I won't be trying that diet just yet!

Went around the nearby park so my kids could play football for hour.

In the free Waitrose magazine,

I noticed a lovely recipe

So tonight I tried it.

I added loads of garlic, ginger and spinach......

Careful,Or You Might Fall Over

Today has been so boring but busy.

3 jobs Tuesday I call it.

Now is the time to ease off the roller skates and relax.

I went to my first job in the cold, and finished it in lovely sunshine.

Second job, I had endless fun with the walkie talkie and about Teapot

Third job, I got talking about the classic 80's telly programmes I used to watch.

A-Team, Street Hawk,Air Wolf, Magnum PI, Dukes of Hazzard, & Knight Rider.

Roll on a week on Friday, and I have a two week holiday from a least 2 jobs!

Never Gets Easier

The Red Velvet cake, my husband and I made yesterday, was so so nice!

We must bake together more often we said after having a slice of it.

I went round to see my mum this morning.

Gave her some pink roses (her favourite)

Told her the latest news, and how everyone is doing.

Gave her grave a bit of a tidy up.

The 2rd anniversary of her passing is coming up in May.

Someone says it never gets easier, They are totally right on that one!
