Brew with breakfast.

Dressed.

Gives hubby a wet sloppy 💋before I leave the house.

 

On goes the Big Big Sunglasses.

It's going to be a warm one!

Coat back on after nearly 7 weeks off!

Turn my light on, and so it begins....

A lot more pupils from the High School I am crossing over in the first half an hour.

Everyone is glad to see me as well as the sunshine!

A few bad car drivers don't understop the word STOP 

    I made it through my first shift in one piece! 

I pick up the newspaper before I get home.

The coffee machine went on.

In the meantime.

All the bins were emptied.

All the plants outside were watered.

Now for that much needed coffee!

Then to carry on writing blog posts.

I had a small light lunch.

Then back out for round 2, with a small bottle of water!

Gets down to my Job.

First puts the coat on.

Walks to the shop to get a ice lolly.

Puts on my lights.

Fetches my Lolly Pop stick from Sexy Beast.

Sucks my lolly in the park.

Nearer the time, it's off to my spot to start.

All goes well, when a teenager girl from the High School decides to walk straight into moving traffic...

(Just up from where I am stood)

One white van slammed on his brakes,She walked around it to the pavement.

I just shook my head.

The shocked van driver drove up to me, and said:

"Wearing those headphones!"

I replied, "I'm just standing here, looking pretty!"

No more things happen like that for the rest of the shift!

Once I finished in one piece.

I head for home.

Another ice lolly is needed!

A man arrives to give a quote to insulate and and board the loft. I gave him my poker face when he gave me the quote.

I will let him know.... 

Still got to write more blog posts...

Nice simple tea I had.

Finally finished writing 3 blog posts!!!

Now to have a quick look in to today's newspaper.

He is 63 years old 🎈

Burt Reynolds  was an American actor, director, and producer of film and television, considered a sex symbol and icon of American popular culture.

He sadly died on this day in 2018 aged 82

I had my sleep tea.

I went to keep the bed warm...as hubby was doing some snooker practice.

Just about to nod off when my youngest son wanted me to do up his tie....

(Brought back memories when I started at Royal Mail in 1990, and  I had to wear a tie. I couldn't do it up either, and woke up my mum at 4.30am to help me with my tie!)

Sorted it out.

I Missed Again!

It was so nice to have a warm hug with a brew.

Breakfast.

Dressed.

I checked the weather, no rain until 11am!

So I left off the sexy lumos.

I gave everyone their sloppy wet 💋💋💋

No big big sunglasses today.

Wears the big winter coat.

Cars still failed to stop....

No lambo this morning either...

As soon as 9am came..

The Heavens opened and down came the rain!

(I realised I had left my rain mac at home!)

Just about finished in one piece.

Off to Lidl to get some things for tea tonight

(I am not having pork chops again!)

Heavens opened.

I got soaked getting back to Sexy Beast.

I got my newspaper on the way back home.

I unloaded my shopping.

I jumped into a hot shower soon afterwards.

Last day of long hair....

All be chopped off tomorrow \o/

Fries chicken in the fruity wine.

Then it gets all put in the red iron casserole dish for later on..

I then write two blog entries all the way up to lunchtime.

The weather for this afternoon is cloudy with sun.

I couldn't find anywhere to park again near my Lollipop job.

Parked in the Supermarket car park again.

Wearing the big big sunglasses with my summer coat.

There was sunshine and dark clouds appearing.

Now for the fun to start.

I had my Lollypop stick straight out in front of me, one car driver driving a blue Jag, carried on driving and narrowly missed his windscreen by inches. He turned in to have his Covid vaccine!

It won't be too long away before I hit a windscreen.

Those dark clouds were coming over.

My friend and his dog appeared when I finished.

So we both walked back to my Sexy Beast.

I said my goodbye to him and his dog and back home I went.

Coffee and crumpets were the order of the day.

Then it was time to go back out to work.

Big big sunglasses on.

70's time.

Gets in...

Loads up the Skip.

I left the vacuum alone today.

Just cleaned.

As soon as I dumped the black bag, the rain came back down!

I'm glad I left my rain mac in the Sexy Beast.

Now for more singing in the rain on the way home.

Back home in the rain.

The tea turned out nice.

It was so yum.

I also had a look in today's newspaper.

I finally caught up with the "Gods of Snooker" from Sunday.

Sleep Tea time.

 Welcome to my Bank Holiday Monday.

(No Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡 until tomorrow,then the fun starts!) 

My body clock woke me up early...

Downstairs I went to enjoy a much needed brew!

 

Now to write yesterday's blog post.

I took up a cup of tea to sleeping beauty. 

I reminded him we have some bacon and black pudding to use up.

He got up soon afterwards and started to do the bacon sandwich....

After I published my blog post.

I went back to bed for an hour....

Later on, it was time to get the newspaper.

As normal the rain starts!

Gets the newspaper, I went past my late dad's house. Nothing happening there....

(Just like what happening about my dad's estate....nothing!)

We drove over to Aldi's in Bromsgrove to pick up more things we need for this week.

Then it was back home. 

Unpacks the shopping.

Light lunch.

with some strong coffee!

While hubby watching the afternoon session of the snooker.

I had a little play with Kenny.

Cake was put in the oven.

I watched the final afternoon session of the snooker. Then we caught up with things on the planner we had to catch up with.

Carrot Cake was done!

Nice burgers and sausages for tea.
