Jab Time!

One way to help the weather make up its mind is to hang out washing
Marcelene Cox
Welcome to my Saturday 👯
I got up, made a brew.
Unloaded and loaded up the dishwasher.
Enjoyed the brew in bed!
Breakfast soon followed.
Dressed.
Now out for some fresh air.
It's getting warmer \o/
We went past the site where the new Lidl is going to be...
I went to see my mum and dad.
The grave behind my parent's grave has now no flowers on it.
All the flowers from last week have gone.
I hope there will be some flowers going on in the next few weeks.
At least the sun is shining!
Hubby nipped into Sainsburys, while I sat in the car.
Back home.
Read the newspapers before lunch.
Good cover on the front of Private Eye magazine↓
Steve Harley (born Stephen Malcolm Ronald Nice) is an English singer and songwriter, best known as frontman of the rock group Cockney Rebel, with whom he still tours, albeit with frequent and significant personnel changes.
He is 70 years old 🎈
Lunchtime.
Hubby and son then was cutting back some branches of a tree.
Belated tea at 3.
Now its time to get my Covid jab.
Goes in 5 minutes before I'm due. There is about 5 medical centres in one here.
I sat on the chair marked 2.
Gets called in by my own Doctor, quick chat and has the jab and its done.
I wait in the waiting room for 15 mins.
Then I'm done.
Hubby collects my order from Dunelm.
It didn't help when we pulled up in the car park, a man driving his car, went past us talking on his mobile phone.
On the way out he went, past the Police Station, and still talking on his phone while driving!.
Back home with a sore arm.
Now one of my son's won't be cold at night now...
&
Throwover.
We caught up with 2 episodes of Judge Rinder.
Roast Pork Tea.
Now to watch another film.
Really good film.
Sleep Tea time.
Then off to enjoy that warm bed, to count down the hours until my Birthday!

Give Us A Monkey Please Sis?

It is not enough to have a good mind. The main thing is to use it well - Rene Descartes
Welcome to a soggy wet Thursday.
I could hear the rain outside...
Those sexy trousers would have to come out again...
I woke up early↓
Opened my Amazon order that came yesterday↓
 I enjoyed tea with nibble↓
Hubby woke up from his warm pit to see if I needed another cup of tea and hug...↓
 Once sexy trousers went on.
Everyone has sloppy 💋💋💋
Out in the rain I go.

 All ready to get wet↓

 I put my lights on↑
 Today's tree shot↑
My boss came out to see how I was doing.
One red car tried twice not to stop...
Twice she had to!
The measurements for my coat got wet in the rain, so I will send them via email to her.
She did say if she feels it gets unsafe for me to do my job. The Council will put a Puffin crossing instead!
I said goodbye to her. I finished later on, and off home to remove those sexy trousers↓

 Coffee↓
 Light lunch↓
Now off to do more singing along↓
Now to look in the newspaper↓
Bill Hunter  was an Australian actor of film, stage and television, who was also prominent as a voice-over artist. He appeared in more than 60 films and won two AFI Awards. He was also a recipient of the Centenary Medal. He would have been 80 years old 🎈
He died aged 71 years old in 2011
Steve Harley  is an English singer and songwriter, best known as frontman of the rock group Cockney Rebel, with whom he still tours. He is 69 years old 🎈
I looked across the fields of fun↓
I tried to finish on time..
I still had a red face!
Back to singing along↓
It's getting warmer↓

My younger brother was asking what picture should go on the joint grave.I told him the colour wedding picture of our parents.
I left to get back on the wobbly work wheel.
The afternoon tree picture↓
The low lying sun was causing problems again↓
One car driver nearly had his windscreen took out by inches....He even looked up at the lollypop stick up in the air.
I finished in one piece.
Back home↓

Gets home to gets changed to go to Happy Place of Work.
More singing to do...↓
I gets back and its still daylight.
While we are having a late tea, my brother is demanding £500 for the gravestone! He is paying the other half.
"What about the prodical brother?" I ask.
"He has paid out enough,"Came the reply!
My two brothers went overboard on my dad's funeral.
£500 on flowers
The remaining £250 is going on the food at the wake!
The bill for the vicar hasn't been added to the invoice yet!
At least the bill is in the Prodical brother's name!
I decline his request, as he gets more nasty with his demands!
Off to burn off some stress↓
I gets back home feeling a lot better after doing some singing!
Counting down until the Friday Feeling returns🎈
