At Least It Won't Bite Or Bark!

You can pretend to be serious: you can't pretend to be witty           Sacha Guitry
Welcome to aboard the Wobbly Wheel of Life 🎑
Hug with brew to start Monday with.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
I got the kids up ready for school.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ before he went to work.
The kids also had wet πŸ’‹πŸ’‹ before they left for school.
I went outside to breath in some fresh air before I start the housework.
Loaded the dishwasher up.
Put the tumble drier on.
Now for coffee...
The my playlist was turned on....
I wrote yesterday's blog post.
Even had time to put some songs on my jukebox on Twitter.
Heard nothing from where I handed in my resignation letter on Sunday.
Cracking of Champagne corks no doubt!
Lunchtime.
I put the breadmaker on in the morning,
As the loaf I made last week was getting really hard....I'm sure the birds won't mind tomorrow.
Nice big loaf made!
I was getting some ideas from my craft magazines that arrived last week.
Tea at 3.
I got my sewing box out and started to make a dog keyring. I couldn't add the stuffing to do, as I had sowed everything on, the stuffing wouldn't fit in!
Nevermind.....
At least it won't bite or bark!
Hubby came back and said "Wow" to it when I showed him.
I gave him a sloppy πŸ’‹
He gave me today's newspaper in return.

The Honeymoon Is Over!

Never answer a critic, unless he's right - Bernard M Baruch
Welcome to a large Wobbly Work Wheel 🎑
I enjoyed a much needed hug and a cup of tea in bed.
I gave everyone sloppy πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ’‹ before I left the house.
Good job I had those thermal knickers on...
 It was freezing↓
I had a lovely CD to listen and to sing along to↓
At last the sun is coming up to greet me↓
Time to use the lollipop 🍭
I said hello to an ex-postie whose Postal Walk I took over from him in 1993.
(I went on to do the Postal Walk for 19 years!)
I met loads of new people to cross over.
Oh dear...
One car failed to stop for the Lollipop...
I survived....
Back home..
It was still cold↓

I enjoyed coffee and vitamin C↓
 Plus some early lunch↓
 Back out in the sunshine↓
More singing along on the way...
I did my two minutes silence at 11am.
 Quick look at the newspaper↓

Roger LaVern (born Roger Keith Jackson) Keyboards for The Tornados
would have been 82 years old 🎈
He died aged 75 in 2013.
Jim Peterik from the band Survivor is 69 years old 🎈

I looked across the fields of fun↓
I had a nice red face when I got finished.
More singing to do...
The birds were enjoying the nuts↓

 Nice coffee time!
 Back onto the Lollipop
I had 4 cars fail to stop.
The 5th car wasn't so lucky...
She had choice,
Either stop or the lollypop stick goes through her windscreen!
At least I haven't had the swear words cast at me like at my previous lollipop job!
The Honeymoon is now over!
I gets back home.
Quick drink, then off to the Happy Place Called Work.
One comment I had was:
"You are getting later every day!"
"Blame the traffic!" I replied.
When I finished.
Chicken Stir Fry time↓

Then off to do my final job of the day with some great music to sing along with↓
 When I got back,
I took off the hot hot hot boots
It was nice to have warm hugs from hubby.
I went to sleep like a light!

At last it's arrived!🎈🎈🎈
The sun is coming up!
Enjoying a cup of tea in bed↓
I gave hubby a sloppy πŸ’‹ before he left the house.
Now to get up our kids.
We have to visit town for some bits!

I had to nip to the man's cave again to pick up my paint order↓
At least there was another woman in there!
Now off to town we go....
The view from Car Park 4↑↑
My youngest son went off to get his haircut.
While in town, I met so many people to chat to!
One of co-worker who used to work with me at Fawlty towers, I bumped into in Barclays Bank.
Chatted with her for 10 minutes.
On the way to the market,
I chatted with one of the Labour Councillors.
While getting some food off the market,
I bumped into a friend who I haven't seen in 12 months.
Good chat for 6 months.
While my kids were choosing some food off the stall.
Some great tunes came on,
I just had to sing-a-long very loudly...
"Mum,it's not a singing contest!" One son said.
"No son, it's mum's singing party!" I laughed!
On the way back to the car, I bumped into another friend I used to work with.
We just missed out on paying £2.50 by five minutes in the car park.
My son a pic of a nice car we when we were leaving the car park↓
There was a nice song I just had to put on repeat on the way home...
Lots of tuts after the third time from my kids ;)
At least is not too hot↓

 Light lunch↓
 A read of the newspaper↓
All the lovely stuff I bought from town↓
My postman had to come back with my Bodyshop order, as he forgot the first time he gave us the post.
I finally got paid, a day late \o/
Off to work I go.
 I came back to have a sucky↓
 My gerbils asleep↓
Then we went out so my kids to do some boxing practice↓
At least the temperature went down when we got back↓
After tea,I was waiting for my younger brother to come round, as I bought a nice kitchen unit and I needed to pay him to pick it up for me...
He couldn't come round in the end.
I had left it too late to go and do my other job.
(That will be done over the weekend instead)
Now to drag a tired hubby to bed,
To enjoy some Friday Feeling 🎈🎈🎈
