- David Reisman

Welcome to my Hump of the Week🐫
Brew with warm hug.
Breakfast.
I had a nice hot shower,
Just laid on the top of the bed and fell back off to sleep.
Woke up later to the sound of rain and wind from outside.
Hubby had gone and got the newspaper.
(Good Lad).
Time to tidy up the house.....
I meanwhile had to decorate my Christmas Cake.
Pity I couldn't find any of my Christmas Decorations until I kicked a few boxes out of the way in the Dining room....
Glazed the cake with hot apricot jam.
Rolled out the marzipan.
Added the fondant icing on the top.
Decoration followed.
Tea at 3
We watched Spiderman:Homecoming
we taped from last night.
There was 10 minutes cut from the film.
Bought it and the sequel off Amazon.
More Spiderman tomorrow.....
Pasta Bake tea.
Another good film to watch...
Quick look in newspaper.

Frederick  Heath  known professionally as Johnny Kidd, was an English singer-songwriter, best remembered as the lead vocalist for the rock and roll band Johnny Kidd & the Pirates. He was one of the few pre-Beatles British rockers to achieve worldwide fame, mainly for his 1960 hit, "Shakin' All Over".
He would have been 85 years old 🎈
He died aged 30 years old in 1966.

Honey Lantree (born Anne Margot Lantree,  Hayes, Middlesex ), drummer and singer with the 1960s band, The Honeycombs. She died on this day in 2018 aged 75 years.

We will be needing a boat soon, as the rain isn't stopping...
Hubby leaves the boat and chances the car....
He got the shopping done, while it was quiet in Lidl and Aldi.
I wrapped up the presents while he was doing that....
Hopefully this rain will stop, and we won't need a boat to get around tomorrow!
