Happy Father's Day Dad!

Many people would rather tour a sewer than visit their relatives - Jane Howard
Fathers's Day
Welcome to my Sunday love 💓
Today it's the 4th Father's Day without my dad :(
I will be popping up to see him and wish him a great day 🎈🎈
Breakfast and Brew.
Dressed.
Now out for a little ride in Sexy Beast.
Checked the tyre pressures.
Off to see my dad with balloons.
I wished my dad a Happy Father's Day.
Then off to treat my hubby...
Back home.
Hides the donkey for the younger son's Birthday at the end of the month...
Light lunch outside...
Then the apron goes on,
Kenny the Kenwood comes out for a little play.
I tried to make a Gluten free Carrot Cake.
It didn't work out the way it should have.
Oh well,
Next up...
Hopefully they can make lots of money from what I made.
Kenny needed a rest after making all of it.
I went to have a brew, and then hubby got on with the tea.
Tea is served...
Mmmmm
We got things ready for work.
My big stick goes back into Sexy Beast.
Showers.
Caught up with the news and review of the newspapers.
Sleep Tea Time.
Back on the Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡

Steven Wright
Welcome to my Tuesday Fun 👍
Nice big hug to start the day with...
HEARDLE TIME 😁
Today's 60s Heardle was:
My son's answers:
Breakfast with Brew.
Gets dressed.
Now to get some fresh air!
I gives hubby a sloppy wet one before I leave.
I get next door's magazine and my newspaper.
On goes the summer coat and big big sunglasses.
Now to put on my lights.
Now to rock 'n' roll....
Oh dear,
4 emergency stops 🚫
Plenty of BOINGS given out.
At least I had sunshine!
Finished in one piece.
I nipped into Co-op to stock up on my salads for the week.
Back home.
Coffee machine goes on.
Kenny comes out for a quick play...
Once cake is made,
Into the oven it went.
Coffee time.
Then I wet and watered all the plants in the garden.Gave them a good drink.
Took cake out of the oven to cool down.
It might need another level, as the cake is a bit small.....
Salad time!
Yum!
Back out to do Part 2.
I put on my summer coat.
Turned on my lights.
It was a bit too windy for lolly.
I sat in the square and one friend came.
We still had a good rabbit...
It now time to say goodbye.
Now for Part 2...
Three cars went straight under my stick,
Perhaps I should lower it.....
Tap and Crack time???
At least it stayed dry!
Finished in one piece.
Back home.
The balloons and bunting had arrived.
However due to it going to rain overnight,
I will put it all up tomorrow morning while the Birthday Boy is taking his A-level Chemistry exam.
Sorted out his presents ready to be wrapped up.
Hubby comes home, and has a sloppy wet one.
Tea is ready.
More Salad with Quiche.

Saved By The Tree!

Husbands are like fire. They go out when unattended
- Zsa Zsa Gabor
Welcome to my Tuesday 🌴
Warm hug with hubby.
Brew with breakfast.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet 💋 before he went to work.
I got dressed in long floaty maxi dress.
I had to ask my neighbour's carer to move his car, as he was parked over the drive.
Neighbour asked "Where I was going dressed like that?"
"Webbs,"I replied.
I had another compliment from the staff in the Newspaper shop, while I was getting the newspaper.
I got my B3 space.
Now to have a look around Webbs.
Looked on the reduced stand.
I got some reduced bits.
Now for chat, coffee and nibble.
Back to Sexy Beast, to drop off the things I bought before we walked around the gardens.
There was a car parked behind mine.
The licence plate number had been read out in Webbs while we were in the toilet.
Didn't think much of it.
Off for our walk around the gardens.
We go back to our cars, and two women were looking at the damaged car behind mine.
They asked me if the Tesla was mine.
I said no, and pointed to my car.
They looked at the damage to the car, and they said,"It had hit the tree at speed, causing damage to the front and the bonnet!"
They also said:
"If the tree wasn't there, the car would have hit my car instead!"
Wow.
I said goodbye to them and my friend, and off home I went.
Unpack my bargains.
Light lunch.
I wrote yesterday's blog post.
Tea at 3.
Then I carried on writing two blog posts from last week, when we were in Blackpool.
Hubby comes back,
He has  sloppy wet 💋💋
Tea is served.
Then out for fresh air...
The ducks were not very hungry.
We got back home.
While hubby was on his phone.
I planted some Lavender in the garden,
Got some weeds up,
&
Watered all the plants.
The Garden lights were coming on....
Once I finished.
I joined my hubby on the sofa.
I looked into today's newspaper.
