Doing Some Daydreaming!

"Conversation" is when three women stand on the corner talking.
"Gossip" is when one of them leaves - Herb Shriner.
Welcome to my Tuesday 🕶
The new earplugs were a godsend↑
Took them out to do todays Heardle.
Heardle 60s was:
I was quite pleased I got all 5 in 1!
Youngest son's guesses↓
Now time for Breakfast with Brew↓
Dressed.
Now out in the sunshine....
Big big sunglasses time 🕶
I gives hubby a sloppy wet one 💋
The traffic lights have now gone \o/
I gets the newspaper and next door's magazine.
Slips on the summer coat.
Turns on my lights.
Now to walk down to my spot.
No signs blocking the pavement now.
Let's hope no one stops in the Keep Clear space this morning!
Few BOINGs given out.
Someone I haven't seen for 6 months, walked around the corner, and I was so glad to see her again.
"Nice to see you, see you nice,"I said to her.
On the way back, she gave me some cake.
"Thank you so much,"I said to her.
Finished in one piece.
Nips into Co-op to get my lunches for the week.
Back home.
On goes the coffee machine.
Puts away the shopping.
Time to enjoy the front garden!
Then it was time to do some housework.
(Unloading the dishwasher for once)
I put some more washing on the line.
Now for some really light lunch!
Now out to do some more work...
Puts on my summer coat.
Turns on the lights.
Gets my ice lolly.
Collects my big stick.
Off to sit in the park and wait for my friends to arrive.
My friends arrived.
Time for a little bit of...
I said goodbye to my friends.
Now for the fun to happen!
It didn't take too long to happen.
One woman had to a emergency stop on the other side of the road.
The excuse for such a quick stop.
"I was daydreaming and didn't see you!"
Great!
Few more BOINGs were given out for good measure.
I finished in one piece.
Hometime.
I wrote yesterday's blog post.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet one when he came home.
Veggie Tea.
It was something like that↑
Quick look into today's newspaper.
UK No.1 on this day in 1980:
Don McLean - Crying
USA No.1 on this day in 1975:
Captain & Tennille - Love Will Keep Us Together
We sat outside in the garden to enjoy some peace and quiet.
Back in to have some Sleep Tea.
Let's hope it won't be a sweaty Hump Day tomorrow 🐫
