No Wet Sloppy Ones For A While!

Give a pint of blood? That's very nearly an armful - Tony Hancock
Welcome to my Thursday 💀
I didn't have a good night's sleep at all.
Neither did hubby on that uncomfortable camping bed.
Younger son is still feeling rough.
I had brew with breakfast.
(No hugs or slowly wet ones allowed)
At least the sun has come out to play!
I was so drained of energy,I went back to sleep for an hour and half.
One son was sent home as he wasn't feeling very well. We shall see if he perks up this afternoon.
I got up
(As I had a burst of energy!)
Used all the parsnips, leeks, mushrooms, sweet potatoes for today's soup.
Next used up the mince beef that was in the freezer, vegetables, and potatoes for the cottage pie for tonight.
I unloaded and loaded up the dishwasher.
Once the cottage pies were done, they were put in the oven for later.
The Councillor is trying to get reelected in May put a flyer through my door.
Then a knock at the door by my Postman.
He tried to hand me my packets.
I told him to just put them on the floor.
"Why?" He asked.
"Because I tested postive for Covid yesterday!"
He soon put them down and left.
The 4 packets were our PCR tests.
Now for some nice soup.
Afterwards I had a pain over my eyes,
So bad I couldn't open my eyes.
I spoke to my hubby.
Afterwards, I conked out for 3 and and half hours sleep.
Woke up with red runny eyes.
Put the oven on to cook up the Cottage Pies.
Took another headache pill as I had a thumping headache.
Couldn't hug or give hubby a sloppy wet one when he came home :(
(He is wearing a facemask in the house)
Tea is served.
Time to watch the second series of:
Q looks so sexy!
We are going to bingewatch two more episodes tomorrow night.
We all did our PCR tests, so hubby can pop them into the pillar box tomorrow before work.
Next we watched
Dragon's Den.
Then to The Apprentice's interviews.
Claude is back!
Quick look into today's newspaper.
