Only Got A Tiny One!

If you are bored with your present enemies and want to make some new ones, tell two of your women friends that they look alike - Mignon McLaughlin
Welcome to my Sunday! 🚋
We had a bit of lie-in after last night's fun...
Warm hug with brew followed.
Breakfast..
Dressed..
I am in need of a caffeine boost!
Now out for a little ride in Sexy Beast.
First to check the tyres pressures...
Then to put the pinks back on...
Dropped off two more bags of clothes in the clothes bank at Sainsburys.
Then to say hello to mum and dad.
Back home to pick up the shopping list for Lidl.
There was a good book for sale in there.
Hubby said hi to the sales assistant on the till as he hasn't seen him in a while.
It turns out, the sales assistant was recovering from a car accident for the last 5 months.
We nipped into Home Bargains.
Then onto the small branch of Waitrose.
There was loads of reduced food.
I only got what I needed.
The Sales Assistant asked:
"Why I was buying a copy of the weekend's I newspaper?"
"Because I didn't buy it yesterday."
He rolled his eyes.
Because I spent over £10 I could get a free newspaper, they had sold out the Sunday Times, so I had another newspaper.
Loaded up the shopping into the car and off home we went.
Once the shopping was put away.
We caught up on the jobs that needed doing.
I put the evening tea in the oven to cook.
Hubby went to vacuum and get his car cleaned.
(It might move a bit quicker now!)
Tea is ready!
Now to catch up with 3 newspapers I bought today!

We have 4 episodes of Top of the Pops from 1991 to catch up with....
I will find time tomorrow to watch them....
(It won't take too long....)
Off to bed a lot earlier than last night...
As someone is back on their Wobbly Work Wheel tomorrow and it's not me! 🎡

Welcome to my Saturday 🎢
Had a much needed hug with brew.

While hubby dropped son off at work...
I needed to update the blog by writing 7 blog posts....
We shall see how long this takes me to write...
Hubby meanwhile had to sort his clothes out...
We had a break at dinnertime...
Back to blogging and sorting out clothes for us.
Hubby dropped off 2 bags of clothes at the recycling bank at Sainsburys on the way to pick up son from his job.
It's my late dad's 80th Birthday next Thursday.
I put a Birthday mention in the local newpaper for next week.
This is the picture I chose to add to it.
I have the 80th Birthday Balloons and flowers ready to add to his grave next week.
We shall see if those gold digging brothers will bother!
Hubby starts on the evening meal...
It was well tasty!
I finally finished!
Now to unwind to carry on watching the Justice League...

Just Don't Need This!

No good deed ever goes unpublished - Clare Boothe Lace
Welcome to my Friday 🎈
I had to go downstairs at 4am as it was too hot in our bedroom.
I was back upstairs later to enjoy hugs and brew.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet 💋 before he went to work.
I was dropping off son at work early.
While I was waiting, I dug out the much needed Webbs free coffee vouchers!
Once son was ready,
We left the house.
Drops son off.
Now onwards to Webbs.
Someone else parked by the B3 sign.
There is always next time!
Toast, coffee and chat time!
I found a long handled dustpan and brush on the sale stand.
(Looks a lot like my old Dunelm one)
Said goodbye to my friend and back home I went.
I put two loads of washing on the line to dry.
Late lunch.
Then to get two magic bags of food from Morrisons.
Loads of veg for this week to eat!
As soon as I get home to unpack the bags.
Son needed picking up from Sainsburys.
Out I go again....
First a car coming towards me and to swirve back onto his side of the road. Next a pink smart car was sat on my arse on the way to Sainsburys!
Picked up son from Sainsburys, then I had more fun going back home.
A BMW was in the wrong lane and pulled in front of me, then he decided to slow down on the dual carriageway.I overtook him, tried to get back into the inside lane and no car would let me!
I carried onto the next junction, when a red Audi overtakes me on the slip road and then pulls in front me when we get on to the dual carriageway. Once I get off onto the next slip road a car appeared sat on my arse until he turns right at the roundabout, I turn left.
I was so glad to get back home!!!!
Time for tea!
Hubby dropped son off at football.
Then he carried onto Bromsgrove with the younger son to do this week's food shopping.
I tidied up the house and watered the plants.
He picked up son from football.
Then we went out to get some more food.
One was from a M&S Petrol Station and the other was from Waitrose.
On the way out, someone left their glasses on the bench...
Back home to unpack the goodies...
We put it all away.
Quick look at today's newspaper.
We watched the news and turned the internet off.
Younger son didn't take kindly to that and started to threaten me!
His laptop and mobile was took off him.
I had a few stern words for him.
The internet is going to be rationed starting Monday, let's hope the threats stop soon.
Now to enjoy what's left of the Friday Feeling🎈
