One Sixth Former tried to cross the busy road.
When he couldn't he came over to me to cross him over.
"I don't like to stop the traffic," He said.
"I love stopping the traffic," I replied.
Stopping the traffic and getting him over the road safely.
Some parents were just ignoring me and crossing over the road further up the road!

Now out for a sing-a-long.

Quick read of the newspaper.

Watch Out For That Green Bin!

One must be a wise reader to quote wisely and well -
Amos Bronson Alcott
Welcome to my Hump of the Week πŸͺ
Let's hope for a good Hump Day \o/
Brew and Hug..
Breakfast.
Dressed.
No time for the daily walk.
Gave everyone their sloppy wet πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ’‹ instead.
I took some more sunrise pics while I was waiting to start my lollypop job 🍭
I have noticed this week.
Some parents are not crossing with me, and are risking their lives and their kids lives by crossing in front of moving traffic.
They just stare at me while doing so.
I remember the Nanny Mcphee quote:
"When you need me, but do not want me, then I must stay. When you want me, but no longer need me, then I have to go."
If parents choose not to use me,
The Council will put the plug.
Then watch the bomb go off!
One over 65 year old woman didn't cross with me, went to the shops, and still didn't use me to cross back over, and then tried to make small talk about when the kids are on half-term!
She reminded me of the lady friend of my late dad's......
I finished in one piece.
Now to visit Asda.
People are still trying to get too close too me when I putting the stuff on the till belt....
Glad to get home.
Coffee time!
Now for the bout of singing-along..
I followed a skip lorry most of the way.
The way his lorry hit a green wheelie bin,
(I'm glad it didn't end up in front of me, the way he hit it), it developed wings and flew...
I just kept my distance from him.
All over the white lines.....
I got to work and read the newspaper.
