Back on the wobbly work wheel again

(2 more weeks left.....then time to break up for Easter Holidays!)

(Not that I'm counting down the days..) 

 Woke to find no sunshine...

 Someone moaned how the weather changes so much in this country!!

I replied, "Variety is the spice of life...."

(Just like sex!)

 I was later asked: 

"Where did I go for Mother's Day yesterday?"

My answer was:"Hanbury Hall."

"Where abouts is it?"

"In Hanbury."

Blank look

"Go past the Hanbury Turn Pub, Jinney Ring, then you follow the sign post!"

  No more stupid questions for Monday

I can now  relax to a nice chill film.....

Being Well Spoilt!

Welcome to my Mother's Day...

Had a good play with the gear stick.

Then to open my presents off my two sons.

My late mum was in my thoughts..

(I hope she liked her flowers) 

There is a favourite quote from Beyonce in the pink book my son gave me.

He says it describes me to a tee!

Enjoyed a lovely day at Hanbury Hall in the sunshine.

Enjoyed a nice coffee..↓↓

Now to make the most of the rest of the sunshine.

Time To Make & Bake!

Made the most of this Saturday.

Popped into Bromsgrove

The Big Top was on the recreation ground.

Got some bargains from the Charity Shops.

Had an inexpensive tea from Asda's reduced stand

To finish the day off,

Time to be creative.....

Never Assume Anything.....

I assumed it was quite warm with the sun poking through the clouds.

 By the time I was waiting to start Job 1.

I was keeping warm wearing 2 hats, and 2 pairs of gloves, and my bare legs were frigging freezing...

(No time to put on the leggings)

I went and gave my late mum her flowers

(Had a quiet word about her visits)

It was blue skies, and very warm for the afternoon shift of Job 1.

Those big big sunglasses had to come out...

After enjoying the sunshine..

Now to let my hair down

Things That Go Bump In The Night!

The rain kept off...

Just some  bad wind 🍃

(Made sure the lollipop stick stayed put)

 One person said:

"Not much traffic this morning!"

"There is more enough, pity you didn't see that car failing to stop,and nearly taking me out!" I replied.

Got some bits and pieces from Asda.

My dad wants my  late mum to stop haunting him at night.👻

 She has done the following so far in the past couple of weeks:👻

1. Opened the bedroom door, walked around the bed, got into bed and stayed there for 2 hours, and then got out.👻
2. Another night, just sat on the edge of the bed 👻
3. This week, she was walking up and down the landing.👻

My dad has phoned someone to remove my late mum's spirit next week :(

I have told my late mum...

My door is always open.....for a visit!

It Came Down Once More...

What a difference of 24 hours....

No sunshine, only heavy rain to deal with...

Back to part two of Job 1.

The heavy rain came back at 2.50pm.

I didn't have no time to put on the wellies

Squeaky wet trainer time!

By 5pm the sun came out..

 Then I heard the news about the tragic events that happened in London.... :(

 

 

 

Bringing Me More Of It ....

Woke up to bright sunshine and blue skies!

 The big big sunglasses had to go on,as the sunshine was so bright...

More chaos,bedlam and madness while doing Job 1.

One parent was banging her gums as I wouldn't start BEFORE my actual time to start.

 Had to break in the new mop and bucket this morning....

Made the most of the sunshine, 3 loads of washing was out drying in the back garden.

I didn't take much notice of the black rain clouds that was gathering over the house when I went off to do Job 2 .....

Good job I have got a tumble drier....
