Sad Songs Say So Much!

I want to die with a smile on my face.Hopefully, it won't be mine - Matt Vance.
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐪
I hope the sun will be out soon...
Heardle Time:
Heardle 60s:
My results!
Brew with breakfast.
Dressed.
Now to go out for a little ride...
Drops off son at work.
Nice view from the near-by car park.
As we were in the shopping centre a bit too early.
Nothing was open!
Sat down and waited.
No i newspaper in WHSmith.
Had to go to another newsagents to get it!
We looked in a Charity Shop and got some nice vinyl:
Barron Knights album
Emile Ford and the Checkmates single of:
Keith Michell - Captain Beaky.
The Dooleys - Wanted.
Phil Collins and Marilyn Martin - Separate Lives.
Nice boxsets too↓
Nice bib in Poundland!
Coming out of Poundland.
There was a sad song playing that brought back memories of my late dad's funeral.
Ordered a coffee in Costa Coffee.
Hubby went into the Bank.
Another sad song was then played.
Then the tears started coming!
Hubby was quite shocked to see me all upset.
It must be the sad hour for songs in the shopping centre.
We finished the coffee and went back to the car park.
Back home to unpack the bargains!
Wednesday Boost Time!
I got changed.
Hubby sorted out his side of the bedroom.
Time to paint the front of the house.
It didn't help, I ran out of paint to finish it.
Ordered some more.
Looks nice!
Late lunch/tea
I looked into today's newspaper.
UK No.1 on this day in 1961:
John Leyton - Johnny Remember Me
UK No.1 on this day in 1963:
The Angels - My Boyfriend' s Back
Couldn't watch any telly, as the remote wasn't working, and a lot of blue language was appearing because the tv wasn't playing ball!
Sleep Tea time instead.
Busy day tomorrow.....
Sorting more things out!
