The World Is A Lot Brighter Now!

Had a little lie-in..🛏

 We only had a drop of milk left,

So no muesli for breakfast...

Off out for another ride... 

Upgraded my long sighted and reading glasses...

Off to do the food shopping...

Then off to Morrisons..

With some vouchers..

We got £5 off our shopping \o/

Time to some chop chop...

 Jacket potatoes, Sausage,leeks with Gruyere Cheese.

Now for series two.

Alas my taxi driver of last week,

Is going back to his other job tomorrow...

Back to the roller boots... 

 

 

Fanning The Flames

I was up far too early on Saturday.

I had a good reason...

"Sound of the Sixties!"

 No going back to bed afterwards..

I had my "Star Baker" apron arrive.

Food shopping to do... 

 Hubby went left,

I went right...

 

 

 

 A lovely pink sewing machine :)

 Dropped off shopping at home.

Went for a eye test....

Need new glasses...

Enjoyed a much needed coffee...

 I popped into see my dad.

Then back home.

Netflix are showing the whole Great British Bake Off Series...

We watched the first series.

Hubby wasn't feeling very well.

Out came the Hot Toddy.

 Hubby looking a bit green..

(He wont be eating his big Easter Egg just yet) 

Now to fan the hubby, to get his temperature down...

Thermal knickers were put back on..

Larry had to have a good scrape.....

After I gave her "The Look" for parking on the zig zag lines.

More chaos,madness and bedlam for the first part of Job 1.

Back to the Opticians, 

and forgot to bring my new glasses!

Enjoyed just a coffee to keep out of the cold.

 Needed try out some more sex acts for the new book...

My victim (hubby) was more than willing to help out.....

I nearly took a windscreen of green car that failed to stop..

I pointed out, he was only 12 months old when it was released.

I made the observation that he appeared in a really good film I had watched at my dad's countless of times.....↓

My dad just rolled his eyes.....

One driver yet again, braked at the last minute and nearly took my legs out!

Collected my 3 pairs of glasses.

The Optician checked to see if my glasses fitted.

He said,"Your hat has fell down!"

My response was,"At least that's the only thing that's fallen down!" ;p

Wow, I can see a lot clearer!

Used my new glasses to use the Internet, to search for two fancy dress outfits for Friday.

After much discussion, one is going as a cowboy actor, Audie Murphy.

The other son is going as a cowboy, "The man with no name" after several Clint Eastwood films.
