Getting Out In The Sunshine!

Welcome to my Saturday 🌟
Brew and hug↑
We had to have crumpets for the time being as we didn't have a enough milk for our porridge.
Dressed.
Now out for part one of our walk↓
We went past my dad's house.
The sold sign is on the board now.↑
Back home.
Back out to drop off son for his boxing lesson.
We go into town.
I went to get my glasses tighted up.
As my glasses like falling down over my nose.
I got chatting to my postie friend.
Once glasses were done.
Back to the car with a much needed coffee.
Picks son up from his boxing lesson.
Back home.
Then back out to get some much needed meat.
Light lunch time↓

Julie London  was an American singer and actress whose career spanned more than 40 years. Born in Santa Rosa, California to vaudevillian parents, London was discovered while working as an elevator operator in downtown Los Angeles, and began her career as an actress. London's 35-year acting career began in film in 1944, and included roles as the female lead in numerous westerns, co-starring with Rock Hudson in The Fat Man (1951), with Robert Taylor and John Cassavetes in Saddle the Wind (1958), and opposite Robert Mitchum in The Wonderful Country (1959).She would have been 94 years old 🎈
She died aged 74 years old in 2000.
Bryan Ferry CBE  is an English singer and songwriter. His voice has been described as an "elegant, seductive croon". He also established a distinctive image and sartorial style; according to The Independent, Ferry and his contemporary David Bowie influenced a generation with both their music and their appearances. Peter York described Ferry as "an art object" who "should hang in the Tate".
He is 75 years old 🎈 
Lynn  Anderson was an American country singer, songwriter and television personality. She is most remembered for her signature recording crossover hit, "Rose Garden." The song was a number one hit in the United States and internationally. Additionally, Anderson had four number one singles and 18 top ten hits on the Billboard country songs chart. She has also been regarded as one of country music's most significant performers.She would have been 73 years old 🎈 She died aged 67 in 2015.
Robert  Palmer  was an English singer-songwriter, musician and record producer. He was known for his powerful, distinctive, gritty and soulful voice, sartorial elegance and for combining soul, jazz, rock, pop, reggae and blues.He died on this day in 2003 aged 54

I bagged up  my neighbour's shopping.
The only thing we couldn't get was his YUM YUMS ...back here to tomorrow to get them and use up our £10 voucher off more shopping tomorrow.

We unpack our shopping.
Hubby does the tea..

We watch 3 more episodes of NYPD Blue season 10.
With some sleep tea↓
I was glad we had a warm duvet cover to get warm under...

An Apple A Day Keeps.....

Breakfast.
Got dressed.
Off for our daily walk↓
  The sun is up↗↗↗↗
  Fed the birds.
Watered all the plants.
 Coffee time.

  Barry "Bean" Whitwam, English drummer (Herman's Hermits).He is 74 years old🎈
 Paloma Faith  is an English singer, songwriter, and actress. Faith is known for her retro and eccentric style. The singer met her managers Jamie Binns and Christian WΓ₯hlberg in 2007. Her debut album, Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? was released in 2009 and has been certified double platinum in the UK. The album contains the singles "Stone Cold Sober", "New York" and "Upside Down", and earned Faith her first BRIT Award nomination in 2010.She is 39 years old🎈 
  Now to make some apple pies with apples off my tree.
 I made 9 apple pies to go in the freezer.
1 apple pie for tonight.

 I got some rhubarb out of my garden.
I made 2 Strudels as well as 2 more Apple pies.
They went in the freezer.
I have 3 bags of frozen apples to use up on Thursday.
I ordered more shortcrust pastry from Asda.
(I will be picking it up tomorrow)
 Tea at 3↑↑
We got only 2/6 on the TV Themes Quiz.
I wrote two blog posts.
Hubby took the kids out to drop the Monster back to the seller.
All boxed up,
To be handed back↓
 
Returned back to the Seller↑↑↑
I had my money back \o/
They took some nice photos for the journey there and back again↓
 They enjoyed a McDonalds at the services.
I have a cheese and cucumber sandwiches instead↓ 
 I watched a bit of MASH↓
 I didn't like the canned laughter.
Off to work I go....
 With  big tunes↓

 The apple pie is done!
 We watched the final episode of Season 2↓
 I booked my eye exam for next week.
I looked on-line and they didn't really have many wow glasses like↓
 Hoping for Bikini πŸ‘™ weather on Hump Day tomorrow....
