Keeping The Hump Excited!

Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Brew with hug.
Breakfast.
Gave hubby a sloppy wet 💋 before he went to work.
Dressed.
Got the kids up ready for on-line learning.
Quick coffee
Then on to writing yesterday's blog post.
Once that was done.
Out for some fresh air!
Wet hump day!
The freezer is still sat on the pavement from last week..↓
Gets the newspaper. 
Goes past my late dad's house.
Nothing is parked in the drive except my younger brother's limo and his wife's car.

Patrick  McGoohan  was an American actor, screenwriter, and director. He began his career in the United Kingdom in the 1950s, relocating to the United States in the 1970s. His career-defining roles were in the British television series Danger Man (US: Secret Agent) and the surreal psychological drama The Prisoner, which he co-created. During his career, he received two Primetime Emmy Awards and a BAFTA. He was of Irish descent. 
He died on this day in 2009 aged 80.
Then I chopped up some onions,mushrooms and peppers.Fried them together.
Then pan fried some sausages and pieces of chicken for tonight.
Added it together and left it in the oven for later.
Light lunch time.
My kids had their lunch with me.
Once back to their on-line learning, 
I did my Jukebox on Twitter.
Finished just in time for Tea at 3.
Back on the sewing!
Just finished the last facemask as hubby walked in through the door!
He has a sloppy wet 💋
Tea is ready!
Film night again.
This time it is number 3.
I had a nice hot shower afterwards.
Followed by Sleep Tea.
Tried to keep my eyes open for the newspaper review, however we went gave up trying and off to go under that 16 tog duvet!

I woke up early with a dry throat....
Need a brew!
Breakfast.
Then we got up.
While hubby went and got the newspaper.
I brought the sewing machine down for a quick play.
But first coffee..

Bernard  Cribbins, OBE  is an English actor, comedian, and singer whose career spans over 70 years.
During the 1960s, Cribbins became known in the UK for his successful novelty records including "The Hole in the Ground" and "Right Said Fred", and made appearances in comedy films including Two-Way Stretch (1960) and the Carry On series. He appeared as Albert Perks in The Railway Children (1970), as barman Felix Forsythe in Alfred Hitchcock's Frenzy (1972) and as pretentious hotel guest Mr. Hutchinson in the Fawlty Towers episode "The Hotel Inspectors" (1975). He narrated the BBC children's television programme The Wombles (1973–1975) and was a regular and prolific reader for the BBC series Jackanory from 1966 to 1991.
He is 92 years old 🎈

 Frank  Thring was an Australian character actor in radio, stage, television and film; as well as a theatre director. His early career started in London in theatre productions, before he starred in Hollywood film, where he became best known for roles in Ben-Hur in 1959 and King of Kings in 1961. He was known for always wearing black and styling his home in black decor, and for his friendship with the renowned WAAF Heather Priest.
He died on this day in 1994 aged 68.
It was trying to snow again..
We had a early lunch..
While hubby and younger son went to do the food shopping.
I had some facemasks to make.
The thread on the first bobbin snapped.
The thread on the second bobbin got all tangled up....
Let's try the third bobbin!
By the time my hubby came back, I was on my second facemask.
I finally finished my 6 facemasks!
Now to carry on watching some Superheros movies...

It had been snowing again...
Sleep tea time.
Off to get into a warm bed before the cold Hump appears 🐫

Making The Most Of Monday!

Back on the Wobbly Work Wheel tomorrow 🎡
Hug and brew.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
Woke up kids.
Gave hubby a nice sloppy wet 💋 before he went to work.
Another 💋 for one son, as the other one is going in later.
Once I wrote my blog,
I was going to take out Sexy Beast for a nice ride... 
Some saw old friends again.
Got one tyre replaced.
(My late dad kept saying, check your tyres each week......)
I got the newspaper on the way back.
They asked where I had been.
I explained about my knee..
They said,"Painful?"
"Very," I replied.
Back home.
Still a chill in the air.
Someone wanted to buy my old pink laptop.
That's Christmas sorted out for us :)

Frank Ifield is an English-Australian country music singer and guitarist who often incorporated yodelling. After living in Australia, Ifield returned to the United Kingdom in November 1959 where he had four number-one hits on the UK Singles Chart with his cover versions of "I Remember You" (May 1962), "Lovesick Blues" (December), "The Wayward Wind" (March 1963) and "Confessin' That I Love You" (September). In 2003, Ifield was inducted into the Australian Roll of Renown.
He is 83 years old 🎈

Then it was time to do more sewing while I have the time!
Whipped up 3 Christmas masks!
Got the stir fry on the go afterwards.
Stir Fry with Pork Chops!
And more..
I had a hot shower later on.
Got all my stuff ready for tomorrow's fun!
Finished the night off with.....
Sleep Tea like normal!

Bang, the bulb blew!
My lava lamp is over 20 years old.
I could not find a bulb for it anywhere :(

Glyn Geoffrey Ellis , known professionally as Wayne Fontana, was an English rock and pop singer, best known for the 1965 hit "The Game of Love" with the Mindbenders. He would have been 75 years old 🎈
He died in August 2020 aged 74.

James  MacArthur  was an American actor best known for the role of Danny "Danno" Williams, the reliable second-in-command of the fictional Hawaiian State Police squad in the long-running television series Hawaii Five-O, and for playing the juvenile lead in a series of Disney movies. He died on this day in 2010 aged 72.

Afterwards hubby goes and gets my new lava lamp.

Light lunch time.
We watched the final two episodes of season 11 of NYPD Blue.
Afterwards, hubby puts his clothes away.
I change the thread on my sewing machine to be multi-coloured.
Gets on with sewing some masks, while listening to one of my playlists on Amazon.
I tried to tell Alexa to mix it up five times, and she wasn't having any of it....
Started off with some 10cc...
I have over 500 songs on it, so we made full use of it....
Nice to get out the air guitar and play along with the Shadows...
I got four face masks made.
Fish and chips for tea.
We carried on listening to my great playlist...
Now to start on Season 12 of NYPD Blue.
We have watched the whole 11 seasons since July.
The lava lamp is well away↓
Enjoyed some Sleep Tea.
Good job we have that 16 tog duvet on the bed!
