Keeping The Hump Excited!

Why not go out on a limb? Isn't that where the fruit is?
- Frank Scully
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Brew with hug.
Breakfast.
Gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ before he went to work.
Dressed.
Got the kids up ready for on-line learning.
Quick coffee
Then on to writing yesterday's blog post.
Once that was done.
Out for some fresh air!
Wet hump day!
The freezer is still sat on the pavement from last week..↓
Gets the newspaper.
Goes past my late dad's house.
Nothing is parked in the drive except my younger brother's limo and his wife's car.
Quick look in the newspaper↓
Patrick  McGoohan  was an American actor, screenwriter, and director. He began his career in the United Kingdom in the 1950s, relocating to the United States in the 1970s. His career-defining roles were in the British television series Danger Man (US: Secret Agent) and the surreal psychological drama The Prisoner, which he co-created. During his career, he received two Primetime Emmy Awards and a BAFTA. He was of Irish descent.
He died on this day in 2009 aged 80.
Then I chopped up some onions, mushrooms and peppers.Fried them together.
Then pan fried some sausages and pieces of chicken for tonight.
Added it together and left it in the oven for later.
Light lunch time.
My kids had their lunch with me.
Once back to their on-line learning,
I did my Jukebox on Twitter.
Finished just in time for Tea at 3.
Back on the sewing!
Just finished the last facemask as hubby walked in through the door!
He has a sloppy wet πŸ’‹
Tea is ready!
Film night again.
This time it is number 3.
I had a nice hot shower afterwards.
Followed by Sleep Tea.
Tried to keep my eyes open for the newspaper review, however we went gave up trying and off to go under that 16 tog duvet!

Letting Go Of It

"Anger resolves nothing it only puts up your blood pressure." Catherine Pulsifer

Welcome to a relaxing Thursday...
Tea in bed...
 Then breakfast...↓
Dressed, and off to work I go...↓

 A quick break for coffee...
I was getting disturbing text messages from my hubby and son, while they were visiting my dad.
My prodigal brother was kicking off at my hubby, on why I haven't spoke to him for 2 and half years.
Swearing and shouting at him while the doctor turned up to see my dad.
I have my reasons not to speak to my brother.
I remembered a certain quote from
Agatha Christle's Murder on the Orient Express film (2017):
"As we established… there are no laws against my silence." - Mary Debenham.
My brother wanted to take my hubby outside to let his fists do his talking.
My hubby just ignored him and left with our children.
I came back from work to hear about what happened.
Had some nice things arrive in the post...
After lunch, it was movie time:
 We watched the rest of..↓
 Judge Rinder's Christmas Kid's Court↓
 We had a late tea.
Quick look at today's Birthdays.
Mike Pinder [Michael Thomas Pinder]: English keyboard player and Mellotron pioneer (Moody Blues-Nights in White Satin) is 77 years old.
Mick Jones; English guitarist with the band Foreigner (I Want to Know What Love is) is 74 years old.

Mae West: performs Adam & Eve skit that gets her banned from NBC radio in 1937.

While I getting the hand of needle embroidery...
Wonder what the rest of the letters will be???
All ready for tomorrow's Friday Feeling 🍾🍾
