Down It Comes!

All the things I really like to do are either illegal, immoral, or fattening - Alexander Woollcott
Welcome back to the Friday Feeling 🎈
It's Heardle Time!
Heardle 60s:
My answers:
Breakfast time!
Dressed.
(thermal vest back on)
Now to go to work.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet one 😘 before I left.
On goes my winter coat.
Panda hat under the sun hat.
I bought my newspaper.
Now to turn on my lights.
Let the fun start!
How I missed someone's windscreen with my big stick, I don't know!
She put her hand up when she drove past!
Lots of BOINGs given out.
At least the sun was out!
I had another lorry park on double yellow lines opposite me again!
I had one of the householders in one of the houses I stand in front, had some excess milk, which she kindly gave me!
I finished in one piece.
I go and pop into the Co-op.
Visit the Public Toilet.
Off to visit a coffee shop and wait for my friend to arrive.
Coffee time!
I moved tables to one which had comfy chairs.
My friend arrived.
Now for a nibble!
We had a good yak!
Afterwards she went into the Co-op.
I went to visit the Charity Shop.
Had a yak in the there and got some bargains.
They also commented on how Shirley near Solihull has 12 charity shops.....
Interesting....
Wished them all a good weekend.
Off home I go.
Unpacked my bargains.
Time for lunch...
There was a 70% chance of rain this afternoon.
Should I chance it NOT to wear those sexy lumo trousers????
Not raining when I left.
Then it started to rain!
I put on my winter hat, winter coat, and gloves.
I turns on my lights and goes and fetches my big stick!
One friend arrives for a little rabbit, under cover and it rains quite heavily.
Pity I forgot my sexy lumo trousers.
I wished my friend a good weekend.
Off I go to start the final shift of the week in the rain.
A large lorry had parked opposite delivering 7 pallets to the shop opposite.
Chaos and bedlam ensured.....
Cars were going around the lorry and as the cars were coming up the road, there was stalemale.
One black landrover refused to reverse, so it blocked the road for a few minutes.
No cars were going anywhere!
Once Land Rover moved, the traffic flowed.
Until it got jammed up again.
Then the whole road was at a stand still!
And it was raining very heavily.
Some of the parents were moaning about all the traffic parked around the High School.
I had more than enough trouble coping with the cars where I am!
It stopped raining 10 minutes before I finished.
I was glad to finish in one piece after all this bedlam!
Back to Sexy Beast.
Off home I go.
For the second Friday, my leggings got soaking wet!
Off to use that nice new shower of mine!
My older son has now tested Negative.
He ordered a large pizza for him,
&
Medium pizza for his younger brother and his mate.
So the tea I was going to make for them all was a waste of time :(
I put hubby and my tea in the oven.
I needed a brew afterwards
I gave hubby a sloppy wet one 💋 when he came home.
Tea is served.
Hubby dropped off my younger son's friend back home.
I looked into today's newspaper.
When hubby came back, we watched another episode of "Yellowstone".
We sorted out the meals for next week.
Wrote out the shopping list for tomorrow's shopping trip.
Sleep tea time!
Now to enjoy some more Friday Feeling in that warm bed 🎈

Going Down To My Old Stomping Ground...

"After all is said and done, a lot more will be said than done!" -
Unknown.

The weekend is finally here 🎈
We had a bit of lie-in.
Brew and Hug first.
Followed by breakfast.
We all get dressed.
Time to drop off son at boxing lesson a bit early.
Once dropped off.
We go down to Studley....
I delivered the mail for 19 years in Studley.
We first shopped in the Co-op and got some nice reduced food.
Dropped it back in the car.
We visited the Charity Shop and got some bargains....
Picked up a takeaway coffee on the way back to car.
I said hello to my spot of Lollypop.
While hubby waited for son to come out of his Boxing lesson.
Me and youngest son went to see Joe in Omega Theapies.
Back home to drop off all the shopping and bargains we picked up.
Then off out to AP Meats for our monthly meat order.
I decided to nip into:
I got a nibble and drink to keep us going until lunch.
When we gets home.
My bulk order of Sleep Tea has arrived.
My order from Prime Day arrived.
I got £10 off it \o/
We have a light lunch.
Now to go out food shopping.
We visited Lidl and Home Bargains.
Then Aldi.
Gets back home.
Gives neighbour his shopping.
Unpacks ours.
We have a nice chicken and rice for tea.
Quick look in the newspaper afterwards.

Missing The Next One!!!

Good news rarely comes in a brown envelope - Henry Goldsmid
Welcome to my Saturday🎈
I miss "The Sounds of the 60s" as I overslept.
We had a bit of adult fun before we had the overdue cup of tea↓
At least the sun was shining↓
Off to work with some great music↓
Once hubby came back after dropping one son at his boxing lesson.
We went on a short ride out...
 No snow up there↑
 My 🍭 is still there↑
We only get a few DVDs from the Charity Shop.
Takeaway coffee to warm up↓
Nice bacon sandwich when we got home↓
We were on our way out when a surprise visitor turned up.
He had to get a new tyre....£117!!!
Should have gone to Jefferies in Bromsgrove!
He tagged along to town.
 Looking down↘↘↘↘
We popped into the Library
Nice Dragon head was there↓
 I opened up a Fortune Cookie:↓↓↓
"Everything is now in place for you to make a major decision with ease."
We nipped into a Charity Shop and got some films to watch↓

Then into Farmfoods and back home.
The surprise visitor left after a hour.
We put on the first film,"The Pink Panther"
We gave up after an hour as it was so boring!
The next one was a lot better↓
It didn't help the next film in order wasn't in the boxset↓
The Return Of The Pink Panther (1975)
The one we had the one after the one above:
The Pink Panther Strikes Again↓
One of the funny scenes I will look forward to watching from the next film↓
I had a quick look at the Birthdays:
