Not Where The Paint Is Supposed To Go!

If anything can go wrong, it will - Murphy's Law.
Welcome to my Sunday 🎨
Warm hug to start Sunday with 💗
Breakfast with brew.
Now to get up, things to do...
(Getting bathroom finished)
Thermal vest goes on.
Dressed.
Now out to get some fresh air!
First we pop to see my parents.
What a surprise!!
Prodigal son hasn't put nothing on their grave for Christmas!
Now onto B&Q for some bits to help with getting the bathroom done.
Nice. But no where to put it.
Nipped into Asda to get the newspaper.
Then home we go.
Lunch.
With a much needed coffee.
The stuff gets removed out of the bathroom,
When one son knocks over the paint....↓
Hubby gets as much as he can off the matt.
He then carries on painting the walls.
I have washing to do.
Washing machine and tumble drier on.
I start looking for the stuffing for tea.
I ask hubby:"If he buy any on Thursday?"
"Yes, no, they didn't have any!" He replied.
"Great, could have got some from Asda, this morning!" I replied.
Once everything is in the oven.
I get on writing yesterday's blog post.
Much needed cup of tea is needed first!
Hubby had finished most of the painting in the bathroom. Just some little bits need doing tomorrow.
Tea is served.
Some are songs are 50 this year.
Same as me turning that age this year...
(Makes me feel old!)

We watch the documentary,
Pauline Collins: Britain's Sweetheart,
that was shown before  the film Shirley Valentine was shown last week.
Quick look in the newspaper.
Roger  Miller  was an American singer-songwriter, musician, and actor, widely known for his honky-tonk-influenced novelty songs and his chart-topping country and pop hits "King of the Road", "Dang Me", and "England Swings", all from the mid-1960s Nashville sound era.
He would have been 86 years old 🎈
He sadly died aged 56 in 1992.
USA No.1 on this day in 1965:
The Beatles - I Feel Fine
In the UK, No1 in 1977 was:

The alarm went for 7am....
I enjoyed my cup of tea,
While listening to "Sounds of the 60s".
Hubby got ready...
As he was taking part in:
He was wearing his pink t-shirt.
I gave him a big 💋 and wished him good luck for his match.
I got the kids up...
Now to take a ride in Sexy Beast.

 Parks in Car Park 4↓
I get all what I needed.
Now to enjoy some coffee!

 Back home to enjoy breakfast

 Then old clothes went on.
I painted the bathroom door with some blue paint.
I enjoyed a small lunch break↓
 Followed by coffee↓
I leaves the bathroom door to dry.
Now to sort out the kitchen wardrobe↓
Those shelves have to come out↓
 Done↓
I then saw off 3 shelves from the wood we bought from B&Q

Hubby comes back a bit sad.
He lost his first match
(He will have another chance tomorrow)
I give him a big hug and 💋💋💋
The door is now dry.
Now to add the door sign to it↓

After tea, we go round to see my dad.

It's dark and spooky!
Now for some cuddles!
