August
Lots to do this month↓
1:Cards I made
2:Bargains
3:Getting The Fences down.
They were still up after 3 weeks, so some Councillors took them down.....
4:New Railings
The County Councillor paid for the new railings out of his budget. As I complained how people keep parking there and I can't see what is coming up the road!
5:Car Boots
While we visited Droitwich Rugby Club car boot.
I picked up some nice fly eating plants.
6:Film Night
Filled up the brown bin of garden waste!
I had some donations given to me for the Tombola at our upcoming Christmas and Easter Afternoon Teas.
10.Mini- Holiday To York
We went to go to our accommodation, the woman on the reception sent us the wrong way, in the pouring rain 😕
Finally found it!
We goes back to our accommodation for something to eat. Then from 6.30pm -12.30am, nothing but noise from the noisy neighbours in the flats opposite! Good job I had packed my ear plugs!
The block of flats opposite, looked like it was straight out of the film of "Rear Window".
Most of the Charity Shops were open, and bargains to have!
We got back to the accommodation, and packed ready to leave tomorrow. We had thunder and lightening, and loads of rain to keep the noisy neighbours from making lots of noise like last night!
We went down to the river to take some photos for the last time, and the sun came out!
We locked up, handed in the keys, and off back to the train station for a 3 hour ride on the train back home.
2 new fridge magnets on the fridge!
Roll on September!
Back to work, and celebrating our 15th Wedding Anniversary🎈
