Hope They Find Us Now!

Three things have helped me through the ordeals of life: an understanding husband, a good analyst, and millions of dollars - Mary Tyler Moore
Welcome to my Sunday πŸ’“
Breakfast and Brew time.
Thermal vest goes on.
Gets dressed.
Now to go out for a ride in Sexy Beast.
Checks the tyre pressures.
Picks some things from Screwfix
Off to see my mum and dad.
Had a nice chat.
Missed the junction to get this weekend's newpaper.
Oh well nevermind.
Back home.
Coffee machine put on.
Hubby gets out his big drill....
Before he has a play with it.
Coffee time!
While hubby plays with is drill.
I have to catch up with the blog.
While I am writing the blog posts.
I listen to:
The whole of "Sounds of the 60s" from yesterday.
Pick of the Pops from 1976
Pick of the Pops from 1990.
Hubby has finished putting up the House Number on the front of the house!
Let's hope Delivery Drivers will find us now!
He fills in the holes he made last week on trying to fix the door bell on the wall!
Now for some liquid lunch...
More blogging to do.
Husband gave me a day off from making the evening meal.
Gammon with mixed vegetables are on the menu for tonight \o/
Once the Gammon went in the oven, he was off to have a hot shower.
I finally finished putting on four blogs on.
Tea was served up!
(Pity I forgot to take a pic of the masterpiece)
It was yum!
Lets pretend to look in this weekend's newspaper.
UK No.1 on this day in 1954:
Rosemary Clooney - This Ole House
US No.1 on this day in 1955:
Tennessee Ernie Ford - 16 Tons
Now to do today's Heardle.
Heardle 60s:

Back on the Wobbly Work Wheel 🎑 tomorrow.

Getting Through The Chaos....

Everyone is born with genius, but most people only keep it a few minutes - Edgard Varese
Welcome to Friday 🍾🍾🍾🍾
 I enjoyed a hug & a cup of tea↓
I gave everyone their sloppy πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ’‹
Now to leave the house↓

 It's going up↗↗↗
I quickly looked in my newspaper↓
I didn't get chance to take the tree picture.
Lots of traffic to deal with with.
I survived!
Now for some more singing..
I couldn't park in the B3 space.
So it was C3-PO space instead↓

 A nice £500 ↑↑↑
A nice coffee and nibble↓
I had a good chat with my good friend.
I said goodbye.
More singing along to do on the way..
I looked across the fields of fun↓

 I performed more miracles
I left with a nice red face!
Back to more singing↓
It reached double figures!!

 Found another mince pie!!!
Then off to do final lollipop job of the week!
Oh dear, it was chaos, bedlam, & mayham!
Cars backing up, 6+ cars failed to stop.
One woman who stopped in the Keep Clear area, left half of the tread of her back tyres when she drove off!
I finished in one piece....JUST!
Back home↓

 I gets changed
&
Off to Happy Place Of Work.
With some great music...↓

I get back after several hours.
Tea is waiting for me :)
 I put my feet up
&
fell asleep Zzzzz
I wakes up,
I decide to do my final job tomorrow.
Now to drag my tired bones off to a warm bed with hubby!

Wearing It For The First Time!

Computer science is no more about computers than astronomy is about telescopes - E W Dijkstra
Welcome back to the Friday Feeling 🎈
I woke up to reveal I had red panta eyes...
A little bit of concrete filler soon sorted that out!
I got up before the alarm,
Downstairs I went to enjoy a early tea..↓

Hubby got up after the alarm went off.
He joined me downstairs for more tea and breakfast...
Kids got woke up,
I got dressed...
(Nice red t-shirt)↓
I blew hubby a πŸ’‹
Gave my kids plenty of sloppy πŸ’‹πŸ’‹
Now to leave the house↓

*The toe tag...(new lanyard name tag)
gets put on for the first time!*
Nice view while I wait to put on my lights↓
 Oh dear,
One lady driver took offence to me stopping her, she left half of the tread on the road when she pulled off!.
Some cars didn't even stop,
One car was racing up the High Street,
He slammed on his brakes as my stick was over the other side of the road.
He may have slammed on his brakes,
But his car kept moving!
I finished in one piece!
Then off for coffee, chat, and nibble!
 I got my B3 space!
 Nibble time↓
I had a good yak with my friend..
Then I had to fly off for my job...
I waved goodbye...
&
Sung all the way there..↓
I even had time to look in the newspaper↓
Jim Croce, American rock vocalist (Time in a Bottle), would have been 77 years old🎈
He died aged 30 in 1973.

Final look across the fields of fun↓

I had a big red face,
Even redder than my t-shirt.
Back on the road again..↓
Back home↓

 Nice pie for late lunch↓
 I blew a πŸ’‹ to my hubby.
Back to the lollipop job.
*The toe tag was put on again*
Oh dear,
The low lying sun is back↓
Now we have the carnage, bedlam and chaos ensued.....
Car drivers were failing to stop!
One car driver stopped,
While I was still in the middle of the road,
She put her foot down, and nearly took off my arm that was holding the lollipop stick!
The car driver behind the woman that didnt want to stop, just shook her head.
Bad day for not stopping!
I finished in one piece.
I gets home,
Gets changed,
Off to the Happy Place Of Work.
I found the missing bathroom spray....
It was being used to clean desks!
(Not done by me!)
The full moon was up in the sky when I finished↓
 Hubby made a pie \o/
Really nice!
Now down to do the final job of the week..
My dad was vastly improving after being on a drip for most of the night.
The low blood pressure is worrying...
I was so tired...
I had a nice piece of cake...
With some sleep tea....
I was soon fast asleep before 10.30pm!
