It was bitterly cold sticking my toe out from under the duvet, until the heating came on...

Now to enjoy tea in a warm bed..↓

 I gave everyone a big 💋 before they all left.

I meanwhile, put the dishwasher and washing machine on...

Nice early liquid lunch↓

 I had to leave early as Sexy Beast needed filling up....

Then the light rain came down🌧

 They didn't have the I newspaper in the petrol station, so I popped into Tesco's Express. I was nearly having to wait for a woman with a trolley full of shopping. I nipped to the self service, and I was out of there...

Around to see my dad, younger brother turned up and done his breakfast for him.

He was watching his Star Trek programme.

Now off to work I go....

 Went to Job 2.

Nice tub  for me...

Tubes for gerbils↓

 Gets back home to use the hot plate...

  Nice bit of Stir Fry with noodles.

I go to bed early last night....

Over 5 hours later....

I joined the Wide Awake Club! 

 I tried to go back to sleep.

No chance.

Downstairs I went...

To enjoy tea and toast..

 Went back to bed after 2 hours.

Now for a cup of tea to wake up to :)

I gave everyone a 💋💋💋

Had several cups of coffee to keep awake.

Now onwards to work..

 I didn't park in the car park as the parents will be parking in there as there is a Church Service straight after lunch.

 

 I was glad where I parked, as the car park was rammed. Just got into the car, and it started to rain!

 Gets home, with some presents I got today↓

 Lots of lovely Xmas cards :)

 My name was going into work's raffle after I played up :)

 When I got back home, I had a peek at the Birthdays... 

 John Hillerman:American actor (Magnum PI, Chinatown, Blazing Saddles),would have been 86 years old.

(He passed away in 2017 aged 84)

 Bobby Darin:American singer (Mack the Knife) passed away at the age of 37 in 1973.

I finished tidying up the living room after putting away all the card crap from the weekend.

Light Lunch.

Just about to leave and I see this...

 It finally moved when I got into my Sexy Beast car.

It is raining heavily.

 

 I get to work, and have a quick look at the Birthdays...

 Goes into work in the pouring rain.

 

 

 

 

 

 The Christmas Dinner was running late by half an hour.

Goes round to see my dad afterwards.

Then I nip into the local Post Office to post some of Christmas Cards.

I see a postie friend picking up the mail.

"What big sacks you have?" I laugh.

He laughs too.

"Don't you just love your job?" I ask.

He says,"I hate my job...."

"No, you love your job especially when you finish on Christmas Eve." I reply.

Gets back home in the rain.

 Nibble time...

 cake anyone?

Coffee and chocolate.

Caught up on some television.

My kids give me the other half of their Christmas list...

Is it going to be wet or dry Hump tomorrow 🐫?
