  It was well cold out there.

Time for the thermal knickers to be worn!

I had to pop out to book a doctor's appointment for my results.

 

 The locum doctor I saw last time,

is no longer there.

My normal Doctor I see,

(No chance in hell in the next 2 weeks)

It was this Doctor I could see or no doctor at all for 2 weeks) 

It was so cold.....

Time for soup!

 Out again...↓

With onions, garlic, French Lentils and tin of curry soup.

 Loads of lovely stuff to make with it. ;) 
Had a early lunch.
Now out into the cold↓ 

 

 Still feeling cold.

While I waited to go into work.

I checked the Birthdays.

 Frank Sinatra:American singer (Strangers in the Night, My Way) and actor (From Here to Eternity) known as 'old blue eyes', would have been 103 years old.

(He died in 1998)

Jennifer Connelly: American actress (Labyrinth, Requiem for a Dream), is 48 years old.

   Brad Dexter: [Boris Milanovich], American actor (Macao, The Magnificent Seven), dies of emphysema at 85 in 2002
