Timed That Well!

A couch is good for one thing only - John Wayne
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Nice warm hug to start!
Brew with breakfast.
On goes the thermal vest.
Not so many layers as it's going to get warm later.
I didn't even have to cover up Sexy Beast last night either \o/
Off I go.
I gave my hubby a wet sloppy one when I left.
On goes one winter hat and the lightweight gloves as it's quite warm!
I puts on my lights.
Now let's get to work 🍭
I had a few BOINGs to do for those car drivers that drove under my stick and failed to stop!
More worst on the otherside of road, where they didn't even look and ignored the raised Stop sign!
At least I finished in one piece!
I had a good long chat about Crystal Healing with one friend I cross over.
Eye opening!
I told her, hubby is having it tried out on him tonight!
I wished her a good day.
I popped into Co-op with my nice long list.
Hoping I will reach my target and get £3.50 off the bill.
Two shopping bags later.....
Off to get my newspaper and my neighbour's magazine!
Back home finally!
Coffee machine goes on.
Unpacks all the shopping.
Quick coffee.
Then it was chop chop the veggies, cook the chicken, then add the stock and in the oven it all went!
I put it on a slow temperature in the oven.
After all that,
Time to finish off my part of the soup!
A new batch will be made tomorrow, with the stock from the chicken casserole we are having later.
The sun has gone in, and it's cloudy.
No low lying sun to worry about now!
Time for part 2.
I saw one of my friends, I talk to in the afternoon, walking down the road.
He had a small beep off me when I went past him.
No gloves and one winter hat goes on.
Got to talking my friend who has just had his other hand operated on.
We were having a chat about soups and stews.
The friend who I beeped earlier arrived eating a sausage roll.
I said goodbye to my friend with the dog and and my other friend and I went to turn on my lights.
We came back to the bench and my other friend arrived.
We all had a good rabbit.
He then gave my friend and I a chocolate Gingerbread man each.
I will have later with my brew when I get back home.
I said goodbye to both.
Now to have fun with my afternoon shift!
No low lying sun to worry about.
Just in the first 10 minutes, a long Estate Merc done an emergency stop straight in front of me.
I had lowered my big stick just seconds before, and if he hadn't stopped, he face would have touched my stop sign!
He had to wait a fair bit as I had lots of kids and parents to cross over!
HE soon sped off when I got back on the pavement!
Still giving out the BOINGs again!
Finished in one piece!
Hometime!
Time for a brew!
Turns up the oven.
Now to write yesterday's blog post.
Just finished when hubby got back home.
He had a nice sloppy wet one!
Time to dish up the tea!
Yum!
All four plates emptied!

Next Room To Do!

Welcome to my Sunday 💓
I woke up early, and needed a cup of brew.

Once finished, I woke up Sleeping Beauty up with a nice hot coffee.
We finished off the crumpets.
Now to get some layers on,
And go on a ride with Sexy Beast
First, to check the tyre pressures.
It didn't help a Black BMW parked over the first tyre pressurer machine, but was using the second one!
Next off to visit my mum and dad.
I removed the two wreaths.
Looks like no one else had been up except me!
Someone had drove in the wrong way, and was waiting for me to leave, so she could reverse all the way out!
Back home to put on the coffee machine.
Next job was to sort out boxes on top of the kitchen cupboards and inside the cupboards.
Coffee first.
Noah and the Whale came on the radio.
Again they blanked out some lyrics again.
"She went down on almost anyone"
I have heard worst lyrics than that they allow to play!
Now to start on the kitchen!
I found two boxes of glasses I had from my dad's house last year.
They will come in useful, as I only have the minion glass :)
Lunchtime.
Put all my new diffusers in the same place.
Bag of paperwork to go through tomorrow.
Hubby and younger son put some things up in the loft.
Too late to start on the roast dinner.
Use up the Christmas themed pasta instead.
I added Spinach, garlic, chilli flakes, and mushrooms to the homemade Pasta Sauce.
There were four empty plates afterwards!
Dishwasher was loaded up afterwards.
Time to catch up with Top of the Pops from 1992.
Oh dear the fast forwarded button was used up to the number 1.
The second episode was a bit better.
At least they played the Genesis video in full!
Shakespear's Sister was on.
(Cut the song off half way)
Curtis Stigers was also cut of in mid song.
Hubby is rewatching the second episode on his own on Tuesday night, as I am not wasting my precious time watching some crap songs that was on!
