Warm hug with brew.
Breakfast.
Kids were having a TE day, so they had a lie-in.
Hubby was working from home today.
I too enjoyed a lie-in.
Hubby bought me up a coffee a little time later.
Up I got afterwards.
Dressed.
Then out in the cold to fetch the newspaper.
One of my kids was up, so came out for some fresh air.
Newspaper got.
Nothing happened at my late dad's house.
Back home.
Quick read of the newspaper before lunch.
Ralph Bates  was an English film and television actor, known for his role in the British sitcom Dear John and the hugely successful TV drama Poldark.
He would have been 81 years old🎈
He died aged 51 in 1991.
Michael McDonald  is an American musician, singer-songwriter, keyboardist, and record producer known for his distinctive, soulful voice and as a member of the bands the Doobie Brothers (1975–1982, 1987, 2019–present) and Steely Dan (1974). McDonald wrote and sang several hit singles with the Doobie Brothers, including "What a Fool Believes", "Minute by Minute", and "Takin' It to the Streets". McDonald has also performed as a prominent backing vocalist on numerous recordings by artists including Steely Dan, Christopher Cross, and Kenny Loggins. 
He is 69 years old 🎈

Once hubby finishes work.
He and younger son goes off to do the food shopping.

I have yesterday's blog to write and keep an eye on the tonight's tea.
Once they come back.
Tea is served!
Chicken wrapped in bacon.
There was only one episode of Top of the Pops to watch tonight from 1990.
Next we watched  Roy Orbison:Love Hurts.
It was such a lovely documentary 
When he died in the December of 1988 I was working in a Newspaper Shop when it came across the radio he had died :(
Next up:
I still have to look away when that music starts..
Hubby was falling asleep and I was looking more at him than the movie.

Back to the Doctors this morning about the swelling of my knee...
Brew and warm hug.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
Hubby fetched the newspaper before he went to work.
I gave him a nice sloppy wet 💋 before he went to work.
The kids also had sloppy 💋💋 before they went to school.

  Lou Ferrigno  is an American actor, fitness trainer, fitness consultant, and retired professional bodybuilder. As a bodybuilder, Ferrigno won an IFBB Mr. America title and two consecutive IFBB Mr. Universe titles, and appeared in the bodybuilding documentary Pumping Iron. As an actor, he is best known for his title role in the CBS television series The Incredible Hulk and vocally reprising the role in subsequent animated and computer-generated incarnations. He has also appeared in European-produced fantasy-adventures such as Sinbad of the Seven Seas and Hercules, and as himself in the sitcom The King of Queens and the 2009 comedy I Love You, Man.He is 69 years old 🎈

I phoned up for a telephone appointment with a doctor.
While waiting for the ring back, I got on with yesterday's blog post.
Doctor phoned back.
He couldn't believe I still use my Yahoo email!
He doesn't want to know my gmail email, the red light will flash! 
Going to wait for that to enter the email box!

I rewatched last Thursday's episode of Season 19 of Kitchen Nightmares....
Light lunch time.
Lots of post..
I finally had the elastic I bought off Ebay.
2 weeks after I bought it!
I bought more elastic in the meantime and both arrived today!
Patterns came to make an apron and tote bags.
Now to use up some material that came last week for something useful!
Tea at 3.
Asked how the kids got on with school.
Finished making 4 facemasks in record time.
Gave hubby a sloppy 💋 when he got home.
Meat free Monday.
Stir Fry Time.
The Covid cases in Redditch are higher than Bromsgrove. If we weren't in lockdown, we would be in Tier 2.
We had a email saying half of year 9 and the year my youngest son is in will have to stop at home for the next two weeks. They will do their lessons on Microsoft Teams.
Next up was the fire alarm going off in next door's factory. The red light going off as well.
Next thing we know a fire engine turns up to check everything is alright.
Off goes the fire alarm and red light! 
Back to Hell's Kitchen
With some Sleep Tea.
Going to have to chase up the Sick Note tomorrow.....
