Getting Greased Up

A poem is never finished, only abandoned - Paul Valery
Welcome to my sunny Hump of the WeekπŸͺ
It was rather cloudy to take a picture.
I enjoyed the warm hug and tea in bed.
I gave everyone big sloppy πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ’‹ before they left the house.
I had my own play with Henry...

He had no problem with sucking ...:P
Moving on to coffee and vitamin C
I caught up with the blog.
Light lunch time!
The sun has finally come out!
 Not that warm...↓
The big big sunglasses still had to come out..↓
I had lots of nice 60s tunes to sing-a-long with, on the ride to work..

Anyone for cake or chocolates?
Glad to see my house afterwards↓

Name That Singer!

A well-composed book is a magic carpet on which we are wafted to a world that we cannot enter in any other way - Caroline Gordon
Welcome back to the Friday Feeling🎈
It was nice to start the day with a hug and a cup of tea!
I gave hubby a big sloppy πŸ’‹ before he left the house..
We had lots to do today.
While kids were getting up and having breakfast.
I had coffee and nibble.
The kids sorted out some outgrown uniform to give into the uniform bank which is on tomorrow.
Now for some fresh air.

Enjoying listening to the CD's again!
We parked in the college car park
Off to drop off the bag of uniform.
It's already getting of loads of uniform in.

We visited the food stall on the market.
Back to mum's singing party...
Even my youngest son knew the other song being played..
Then the stall holder said to me,
"Who is singing this?"
After singing along for 7 seconds, I replied.
"Cat Stevens!"
"Correct, you know your music!" He said.
*My kids were proud of me!*
Off to have an coffee to get over my excitement!
Back home in the rain.
My new bedroom sign has arrived!
 Early lunch↓
 I caught up with some:
Then off to my happy place of work
I came back to drop off our kids to help sort the uniform out ready for the uniform bank tomorrow.
While I put the evening meal in the oven.
I enjoyed a taste of the Friday Feeling 🎈
 Once everyone came back.
Evening Meal was served and ate up.
I had to go and do my final job of the day...
With some good music!
Once I got back,
I kicked off the shoes.
Caught up with the news.
Then for snuggles in a warm bed with hubby!
