Looking In The Mirror!

There is no such as a little garlic - Arthur Baer
Welcome to my Saturday 👍
I woke up at 5.50am.
I got up and made a brew.
I listened to "The Sounds of the 60s" while writing yesterday's blog post.
Sleeping Beauty woke up and we enjoyed breakfast.
Then to wake up son to drop him off at his work.
Dressed.
It was my hubby's late mum's 81st Birthday today.
(She passed away 26 years ago)
Then out!
Drops off son.
Then off to Stratford Car Boot.
We had to park in the overspill car park.
Spot the Eastenders Characters!
Now to look around....
Here is the conversation I overheard...
Buyer: The view is not nice in this mirror..
Seller: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Buyer:I'm interested in this mirror
Seller:Give me an offer for it
Buyer: There is a bit missing of the mirror, no thanks, and he put the mirror down!
I found another Black eyed Susan vine.
Red flowers on it.
It was only £2.50!
Bargain!
Another look around.
I went past a old Singer Sewing Machine...
It looked good...
Bit the hand's man off for how much it was.
It was heavy, hubby had to swap hands taking it back to the car!
The boot full.
Now off to visit Alcester.
There was no price on anything....
I got a card and balloons for my friend who is 70 today.
We enjoyed a fishcake and chips lunch.
Now to deliver the balloons and card!
He wasn't in, so I tied the balloons to the door handle.
(I'm sure he will be pleased when he came back!)
Back home to unpack the car
&
Have a much needed coffee!
Here is a pictures of before my house and garden looked like 12 years ago, and now.
Now out to get a lucky bag from Morrisons.
Then for tea.
Yummy.
Quick look into today's newspaper.
