Back On The Saddle!

Some days you're the pigeon, and some days you're the statue - David Brent, The Office
Welcome to my wet Tuesday ⛆
Warm hug with brew.
Breakfast.
It looks like the rain is coming in this afternoon.
So the sexy lumo trousers be out later on.
Dressed.
I gives hubby a wet sloppy 😘 before I leave.
Far too cold to wear the Summer coat.
On goes the winter coat with gloves!
I turned on my lights.
Now for the fun to start...🍭
Car drivers were having to slam their brakes on a bit more this morning.
I just lower my stick, and on goes their brakes!
A few banging of the gums.....
At least I finished in one piece!
I picked up the newspaper on the way home.
Puts on  the coffee machine.
Now to drag the spin bike into the Living room.
Put a good film on to watch while spinning...
Warms the muscles up and start spinning for 25 minutes!
Cooled down.
Now for coffee!
Now to write yesterday's blog up to lunchtime.
Lunchtime.
Those sexy lumo trousers were put on before I left....
On goes the winter coat, gloves, and boots.
I puts on my lights.
Then it starts to rain!
Not just light rain, but heavy rain.
I have a chat with my friend before I start.
Now to have more fun in the rain!
I'm glad I have my boots and gloves on!
Car drivers were leaving it late to brake again!
At least I finished in one piece, and just a bit damp!
Back home in the rain I go.
Gets out of my sexy lumo trousers.
Much needed hot coffee is needed!
Time to get the tea under way.
Lots of chopping up.
Puts it all the oven.
Hubby comes home has a sloppy wet 💋.
Veggie tea tonight.
Yum
We watched the rest of the Irishman film.
I looked in the today's newspaper.

He sadly died aged 54 in 1998

It's My Party, I Can Cry If I Want To!

Anybody going slower than you is an idiot, and anybody going faster than you is a maniac - George Carlin
Welcome aboard my Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡
Nice big hug to start Monday with.
Brew with Breakfast.
Then the rain came down......
Dressed.
On goes the sexy lumo trousers!
I gives hubby a sloppy wet 😘 before I leave.
On goes the winter coat and boots!
Now for the fun to start...🍭
The clouds disappear and the sun comes out!
Great!
I even take off my gloves, as I am getting well warm!
I crossed one old man on his mobilty scooter.
When he goes, I look down and he has dropped his newspaper on the road. I pick it up and chase up the road to give him it back.
I had a thank you for it!
Now to get back to my spot!
It's nice for parents to cross up the road and not use me!
Few cars just went under the stick....
Few boings went on top of their roofs!
The sun was out now....
Finished in one piece!
I pick up the newspaper on the way home.
Puts on the coffee machine.
Phones up the council, and waits for the phone to be answered.
The Permission has been granted, the letter is in the post.
As for seeing the sky through holes in our roof, there is a backlog, and we are put on the very long waiting list to get the roof done!
In need of some strong coffee after that!
My hubby's snooker cue was finally redelivered here after it was delivered elsewhere on Friday.
I told the driver, he will be delivering my parcel tomorrow!
(Just a heads up!)
My draught excluders also was delivered.
(Not bad considering I wasn't going to have them until 1st November!)
I get 1 and 1/2 blog posts just before lunch!
Lunchtime arrives...
It forecasted sunshine this afternoon.
The sexy lumo trousers were left off.
As soon as I got into Sexy Beast it started raining!
It's pouring down with rain.
On goes the winter coat and boots.
I put on my lights, and wait for my friend to come to have a chat before I start.
It stops raining, but there is a big black cloud to my left.
Now for the fun to start...🍭
Some car drivers need to take a eye test, as they were ignoring my stick and just driving under it!
One car actually drove around the lowered stick!
The rain went, and the sun came out!
I'm glad the sexy lumo trousers wasn't put on!
Finished in one piece!
I chattered with my friend for 20 minutes.
Then off home I went.
My youngest son was a bit quiet and upset when I got back. He had got things for his "Friends" in 6th form, texted them all to come to the 6th form common room.
(He had used his £10 Lidl voucher to get them all)
No one turned up at all :(
They were all in the nearby Shopping centre.
He brought all the food back he had bought.
(I gave him a big hug)
I carried on writing the third blog post.
Hubby didn't have enough fuel to go to snooker tonight, so he is coming back after work.
He had a nice sloppy wet 💋 when he came back.
I did the Stir Fry.
Afterwards I had to get a Magic Bag from Starbucks.
That black cloud didn't look nice.
There was a big queue for petrol at Morrisons.
I had to sit in the queue as Starbucks is in Morrison's car park.
The Morrison's car park was empty and so was Starbucks.
Picked up the magic bag.
I go another route as car drivers blocked one of the way I was going home.
Back home.
Now for a quick read of the newspaper.

More Of It To Clear......

When a divorced man marries a divorced woman, four get into bed - The Talmud
Welcome to my Sunday 💓
We had a bit of a lie-in...
Then it was nice hug to start Sunday with.
Brew with breakfast.
Dressed.
Then it was load up the car with stuff to go down the tip.
Full car, hubby went with one of our sons.
I meanwhile put the coffee machine on.
And sorted through more boxes from the loft.
When they came back,
It was coffee time!
Now back to sorting through boxes.
Found some Woolworth's vouchers...
Once the car was loaded up,
Off to the Storage Unit , hubby and son went to.
When they came back,
It was lunchtime.
Then it was time to pick up 2 magic bags from two different branches of Morrisons.
While waiting to pick one up from the Redditch Branch. One woman was arguing over her lottery scratch card with the cashier....
A good five minutes, she still left with £5 winnings, but she is coming back later to argue that it should be doubled.....
I finally got my lucky bag!
Then we drove to the Kidderminster branch of Morrisons.
We had to wait 5 minutes for it.
Once we had it, we sorted a bag out for hubby's dad to have.
As well as 2 big slices of Where's Wally's cake for him as well.
Then we drove home to load up the remaining things to go down the tip.
I tidied up the back garden while they went there.
The Pork Joint went into the oven.
Used up the vegetables I had in my Magic Bag today.
A cat left us a present.
In the past week, he got left 2 mice and now 2 rats.
Once all the washing was dried in the tumble drier.
Time to dish up the tea.
Used up the mint sauce, as we had no Crab Apple Jelly left.
Now to go and collect two more Magic Bags.
One from M&S which was half a bag.
&
From Waitrose, which was half a bag as well.
While reading the Waitrose newspaper.
Paul Jones was in there↓
He likes drinking lots of Green Tea!
I go and have a nice refreshing shower.
Then it's onto the Sleep Tea.
