We were up early....

To do a Easter Egg Hunt...🥚 

Those big sunglasses have to come out..

Packed a picnic...

With the blue skies....

We go off egg hunting..

 We went on the blue trail↓

 

 

 

The walk was nice and easy...
My youngest son got his egg,
and ate it before it melted!
We walked around the gardens of Hanbury Hall..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 It was getting very warm...23c \o/
We went back home,
Time to use something...

We had our picnic in the front garden....

Then I had to slip in something more comfortable to film my Superhero movie.....↓

 Once the sun went down...

We had a small evening meal....

We put another Superhero movie to get into the mood for Superhero Day next Sunday..

I had a quick look at the Birthdays.

Robert  Smith:Is an English singer and songwriter. He is the singer, guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, lyricist, principal songwriter and only consistent member of the rock band the Cure, which he co-founded in 1976. He was also the lead guitarist for the band Siouxsie and the Banshees from 1982 to 1984 and was part of the short-lived group the Glove in 1983. Smith is known for his distinctive voice and guitar style and his unique stage look, the latter two of which were influential on the goth subculture that rose to prominence in the 1980s. Smith was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of The Cure in 2019.

He is 60 years old

Antonio Rodolfo Quinn Oaxaca known as Anthony Quinn: Was a Mexican-born American actor, painter, writer and film director. He starred in numerous critically acclaimed and commercially successful films, including La Strada, The Guns of Navarone, Zorba the Greek, Guns for San Sebastian, Lawrence of Arabia, The Shoes of the Fisherman, The Message, Lion of the Desert, Last Action Hero and A Walk in the Clouds. He won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor twice: for Viva Zapata! in 1952 and Lust for Life in 1956.

He would have been 104 years old.

(He died aged 86 in 2001)  

  Eunice Kathleen Waymon , known professionally as Nina Simone : Was an American singer, songwriter, musician, arranger, and civil rights activist. Her music spanned a broad range of musical styles including classical, jazz, blues, folk, R&B, gospel, and pop. 

She died 70 in 2003.

I had a lie-in,

So missed "Sounds of the 60s".

Enjoyed a tea in bed...↓

We had plans for the garden in the sunshine.

All the windows got opened up...

(including the kid's windows)

Those big big sunglasses were put on↓

Now off to B&M to get more garden stones...↓

As we left, the car park was filling up
When we got home,

We had a delivery for the garden↓

After planting a few plants..
Liquid lunch time↓

Back out in the garden...

 We added mash to the garden gate and to the garden arch...
(Because a plant will be growing up the arch)

 Coffee time↑

 The bench has been repainted↑

 So has the garden chairs↑

Hubby carries on painting the garden fences,

While I go up to work with some great tunes..

 When I get back, we had a nice easy evening meal...

Johnny Tillotson : Is an American singer-songwriter. He also sang "Yellow Bird", an adaptation of the Haitian song.

He is 81 years old. 

Michael Brandon:  is an American actor. He is known for his role as James Dempsey in the British drama series Dempsey and Makepeace (1985–86). His theatre credits include the original Broadway production of Does a Tiger Wear a Necktie? (1969), and playing Jerry Springer in the West End production of Jerry Springer: The Opera (2003–04). 

He is 74 years old.

 Ray Brooks:Is an English television and film actor. He starred in Carry on Abroad, Cathy Come Home, and Big Deal.

He is 80 years old. 

 Leslie  Phillips CBE: is an English actor known for his work in the Carry On, Doctor in the House, and Harry Potter film series.

He is 95 years old.

 Veronica A. Cartwright : is a British-born American actress who has worked mainly in US film and television in a career spanning six decades. As a child actress, she appeared in supporting roles in The Children's Hour and The Birds. She is perhaps best known for her roles in the 1970s science fiction films Invasion of the Body Snatchers and Alien, for which she won a Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress. In the 1980s, she appeared in The Right Stuff and The Witches of Eastwick. In the 1990s, she received three Emmy nominations as Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for her roles on the television series ER and The X-Files. 

She is 70 years old.

Alfred Hawthorne "Benny" Hill : was an English comedian and actor, best remembered for his television programme The Benny Hill Show, an amalgam of slapstick, burlesque, and double entendre in a format that included live comedy and filmed segments, with him at the focus of almost every segment.

Hill was a prominent figure in British culture for nearly four decades. His show proved to be one of the great success stories of television comedy and was among the most-watched programmes in the UK; the audience peaked at more than 21 million in 1971.

He died aged 68 in 1992 

 Tim Bergling  known professionally as Avicii :Was a Swedish electronic musician, DJ, and songwriter, who specialized in audio programming, remixing and record producing.

He died aged 28 in 2018
