Now to do the final part of the week....
Where has the sunshine gone?
I gives hubby a sloppy wet one 💋
I gets today's newspaper.
On goes the Summer coat.
Puts on my lights...
Now to rock 'n' roll...
A lorry parked further down the road, cars were going round the lorry and cars were just driving at them. Lots of honking of horns.
I had the pleasure of giving out BOINGs to cars on the otherside that wasn't stopping!
Plus the cars on my side of the road was just ignoring me!
At least it was a lot cooler than yesterday!
Finished in one piece.
I don't half miss my old job↑↑
Nipped home
Then off out for coffee and chat..
I was asked if I wanted another cake when I went up to order another coffee.
"I declined, saying I am trying to be good!"
Had a good chin wag with my friend.
Now back home to enjoy a light lunch!
Then off to do the final shift of the week.
I gets into my Summer Coat.
I turns on my lights.
Gets my ice ice lolly.
Collects my big big stick.
Now to sit in the square to wait for my friends to arrive.
One friend came, my other friend was nursing a bad headache do didn't come. The dry weather turned to wet weather. We dashed to Sexy Beast.
As if I left my summer coat on, I would have a nice wet t-shirt....I'm not entering the wet-t-shirt competition just yet!
I got changed into my Winter coat.
We had a little rabbit...
I wished him a good weekend.
Now to see how this afternoon shift goes 🍭
The cars on the otherside are blately ignoring me.
Two did, the third had no choice but to stop!
The rain kept off for a bit.
A bit more BOING had to be handed out!
Finished in one piece.
Just got back to the car for the heavens to open!
Back home in the rain..
Time to try and catch up with the blog....
The second hand computer my son bought last year has gone to heaven in the sky.
We did warn him about buying it ,
It can't be fixed.....
Now he just wants an argument, which he knows he won't win!
Gives hubby a sloppy wet one 😘

A few cars on the otherside weren't stopping.

I chatted to a parent for twenty minutes.
Then off for coffee and chat!
Now time for coffee, chat and nibbles!
Had a good chat.
Wished my friend a good weekend.
Now off home.
I had a sandwich for my lunch.
Now for the final shift of the week.
On the way, someone was pulling out of a car park, didn't look right and pulled out straight out in front of me, until I blasted the horn, and it stopped!
I put on my Summer Coat.
Turned on my lights.
Now to soak up the rays..
None of my friends turned up again.
I just enjoyed the rays until I started.
Just as I started, a van was parked on double yellow lines and I couldn't see down the road!
I had fun stepping out,
But with my big stick first!
Few cars on the otherside didn't stop again!
BOING,BOING,BOING again.

Let's Follow That Tractor!

I was once so poor I didn't know where my next husband was coming from - Mae West.
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Warm hug with brew.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
I gives hubby a sloppy wet 💋 before he went to work.
I meanwhile left the house shortly after too.
I had a phone call, from the friend I have coffee with at Webbs, saying the Bromsgrove Highway is closed due to an accident.
I now have to figure another way to Webbs.
Picks up the newspaper & my neighbour's magazine on the way.
I gets off at a sliproad before I get stuck in the massive queue on the Highway.
I goes the old way I used to go to my old job.
Through the lovely countryside.
I finally get to Webbs and B3
I have a look in Hobbycraft...
£58
My didn't cost mine on Saturday!
£2.99
Now to have coffee, chat and nibble!
Then it's a good look around the house plants!
Wonder if I could fit this in my garden???
I said goodbye to my friend.
Off home I went.
I thought the highway might be open by now.
Big Mistake,it wasn't.
On the way through the back roads of Bromsgrove to get home, I was stuck behind a tractor with a trailer doing 20 m.p.h.
Some managed to overtake it, by the time it was my turn, the lines were against me.
I gets to a slip road of the Bromsgrove Highway it was still closed.
So I had to follow the tractor once more.
A convoy was slowly building up behind me.
An ambulance that was 4 cars behind me, put their blue lights on, so I stopped and let it through. The Tractor refused to let the ambulance through until the ambulance put on it's music (Sirens)THEN it stopped and let the ambulance through!
I took another short cut and didn't follow the tractor no more \o/
Finally got home after half an hour!
My magazine and pom pom trims arrived.
Lunch.
Now to get out in the garden for a little bit of tidy up!
Swept the path, got some weeds up!
Tea at 3 was a bit late.
Now to get yesterday's blog post wrote....
Hubby came back with tonight's tea.
He has a sloppy wet 😘 for his trouble!
