Soaking Up The Vitamin D

Once the fog had lifted we had lovely sunshine,

First to enjoy this lovely weather was with a

Now to enjoy some vitamin D 

with walking 2 laps of the park..

One of my sons had a trip to our local hospital as he fell over onto his arm during his P.E lesson at school

 After he had a X-ray, he was lucky to have a sprained wrist \o/

Bring Me Sunshine!

Another hot and sweaty day lies ahead.

Visited my local Asda,

 Had fun on the self service till.

Breezed through it, with no help at all!

Having plenty of suckies (lollies) at the moment.

I like having lots of Vitamin D,

But the wall of heat is not helping...

Nice to seat in the shade and not worrying about not turning into a red lobster!
