Getting It Signed Off!

Ducking for apples.Change one letter and it's the story of my life - Dorothy Parker .
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐪
Running late today...
No time for Heardles until later....
Breakfast and Brew..
It's going to be hit or miss with the rain today.
The thermal vest still going on.
Hubby was stuck in the toilet...
Off I went out to Sexy Beast.
There was no sign of him, so off to work I went with giving him a sloppy wet one 💋
On goes the winter hat, winter coat and gloves.
Down the road I go to turn on the first set of lights.
Bought my newspaper.
Swapped my newspaper for my big stick.
Off to turn on the other set of lights.
Once the lights were on,
I walked down to my spot.
Still got cars on the otherside not stopping, not even looking at my big stick!
At least the rain kept off....
Well five minutes until the end did we have a light shower.
Finished in one piece.
Got two people to sign my form....
Just need one more person to sign it.
Back home.
Coffee machine was put on.
Sorted out the material for someone's Birthday present on Friday.
Coffee time!
I wrote yesterday's blog post.
I still have to catch up with 8 more blog posts.
Might have to write them next week as am so busy from tomorrow until early next week.
Liquid lunch time.
I looked outside and it's raining again!
On goes the sexy lumo trousers.
Out in the rain I go.
The waterproofs went back again.
I went and turned on my two sets of lights.
I chatted to a local Parish Councillor about lorries parking on the double yellow lines.
Highways said no to a planter going there.
I said to him perhaps the shop whose customers park on those double yellow lines should pay for it?
Huff puff came the answer!
Went back to Sexy Beast to wait for my friends to arrive.
One set of friends arrived for a rabbit, closely followed by another friend (without his dog)
Getting nearer to me starting my shift, one friend signed my form.
All done now to hand deliver it in Stratford Town Hall next week!
I said thank you and goodbye to my friends.
The rain stopped for a short while.
Still cars deciding not to stop.
One car on my side had a BOING for not stopping.
The otherside was just a bad.
Was glad to finish in one piece.
Back home I go.
A cup of brew is needed before I start on the tea.
While the tea was cooking in the oven.
I sorted out all the material I need for sewing the present.
Just to decide which sewing machine to use?
Hubby comes back and has sloppy wet one 💋
Tea is ready.
However, didn't take a photo in time ;)
It was yummy.
Time to look into today's newpaper.
