Not Enjoying The Friday Feeling For One!....

Love your neighbour, but don't pull down your hedge -
 Benjamin Franklin.
Welcome to the Friday Feeling 🎈
Terrible night, of coughing and sneezing...
And not getting more sleep either!
Missing that  Sexy Big Hulky Hubby in the bed!
Once I had my breakfast with brew.
Hubby went to work, he posted the 4 PCRs test in the nearby post box.
I went back to sleep.
(I feel awful)
I woke up more later...
In need of coffee and toast...
Then I got up and got dressed.
(Thermal vest included in that!)
Loaded up dishwasher.
I wrote yesterday's blog post up to lunchtime.
Some nice soup to warm me up.
On goes Netflix.
With a cup of tea.
I finished writing to Prison Pen Pal in Boise in the USA.
I put the tea in the oven and started to write to my Prison Pen Pal in Minnesota.
Hubby came back from work.
No sloppy wet one or hug at the moment :(
Pie with chips for tea.
Once the shopping list was wrote out.
He went out to get the shopping.
I finished writing my letter.
Now to look into today's newpaper.
Charley  Pride was an American singer, guitarist, and professional baseball player. His greatest musical success came in the early to mid-1970s, when he was the best-selling performer for RCA Records since Elvis Presley. During the peak years of his recording career (1966–1987), he had 52 top-10 hits on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, 30 of which made it to number one. He won the Entertainer of the Year award at the Country Music Association Awards in 1971.
Pride is one of three African-American members of the Grand Ole Opry (the others being DeFord Bailey and Darius Rucker). He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2000.
He would have been 88 years old 🎈
He sadly died aged 86 in 2020.
Terence "Jet" Harris MBE  was an English musician. He was the bass guitarist of the Shadows from 1958 until April 1962, and had subsequent success as a soloist and as a duo with the drummer Tony Meehan.
He died on this day in 2011 aged 71.
Chuck Berry  was an American singer, songwriter and guitarist who pioneered rock and roll. Nicknamed the "Father of Rock and Roll", he refined and developed rhythm and blues into the major elements that made rock and roll distinctive with songs such as "Maybellene" (1955), "Roll Over Beethoven" (1956), "Rock and Roll Music" (1957) and "Johnny B. Goode" (1958). Writing lyrics that focused on teen life and consumerism, and developing a music style that included guitar solos and showmanship, Berry was a major influence on subsequent rock music.
He died on this day in 2017 aged 90.
UK No.1 on this day in 1965:
