Getting Down And Dirty!

Americans will put up with anything provided it doesn't block traffic -       Dan Rather
Welcome to my weekend! 👯
Going to make full use of hubby this weekend!
We had a longer lie in than expected...
Brew with hug.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
Hubby nipped out to get the newspaper and more milk....
I tidied up what was on top of the dishwasher.
After half an hour, it was looking nice and clean.
Hubby swept the leaves off the path.
(Save me doing it!)
Quick coffee
With look at today's newspaper.
Bill Bixby was an American actor, director, producer, and frequent game-show panelist. His career spanned more than three decades, including appearances on stage, in films, and on television series. He is known for his roles as Tim O'Hara in the CBS sitcom My Favorite Martian, Tom Corbett in the ABC sitcom The Courtship of Eddie's Father, and stage illusionist Anthony Blake in the NBC crime drama series The Magician, but is perhaps best known for his role as scientist Dr. David Banner in the CBS science-fiction drama series The Incredible Hulk.He died on this day aged 59 in 1993.

Rodney Bewes was an English television actor and writer who portrayed Bob Ferris in the BBC television sitcom The Likely Lads (1964–66) and its colour sequel Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads? (1973–74). Bewes' later career was of a much lower profile, but he continued to work as a stage actor. He died on this day in 2017, aged 79.
Wrote out today's shopping list.
Light lunch.
One episode of Hell's Kitchen Season 10.
Now to clean out the pantry.....
All the shelves had to be sprayed.
As well as the crates....
In the corner, we had a rat chew through the ceiling of the pantry....
So we blocked it.
The red plastic wrap that covers the shelves is a godsend.Easy to clean.
Once all cleaned.
Crates go back in...
Hubby was ready to go and get the shopping in with younger son.
I meanwhile, had yesterday's blog to write and get the evening meal done.
I cooked the chopped beef in Bitter in the pan before putting it in the pie.
Once pie was made, in the oven it went!
Hubby meanwhile sent me a picture of the toilet rolls in Lidl again!
At least they have got my favourite toilet rolls still in!
Shea Butter!
Once hubby comes back, with the shopping, and younger son takes neighbour's shopping around to him...
Time for pie!
Beef and Mushroom Pie.
More episodes of Hell's Kitchen to watch!
With some Sleep tea.
We had a sort of early night.....;)

To Be A Fairy Or Not?

It is only possible to live happily ever after on a day to day basis - Margaret Bonnano
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
I enjoyed a much needed cup of tea and cuddle in bed↑
Before I got out of the house,
I gave everyone sloppy 💋💋💋
Is it going to rain or not?

I held off with the sexy lumo trousers..
It's a pity I didn't wear them,
As the number 67 bus failed to see me with my huge lolly stick and carried on driving past me!
I got back to the Sexy Beast...
Then it started to rain....
Back home↓
Where I enjoyed being a member of the coffee Club↓
I was trying to get in touch with the Tax Office on why they give me a Emergency Tax code for my Lollipop job...🍭
(As I don't earn enough to pay any tax!)
As per normal I couldn't get through.
Now on the way to do some serious singing...
Now to look inside the newspaper↓

 As it started to rain..
The sexy yellow trousers has to go on↓
Then back home in one piece..
Off to the Happy Place of Work
Once I came back,
I started on the tea↓
 Once that was ate.
Now to burn it off with a little bit of singing while working↓
Back home to take off my hot roller boots..
I have one hell of a tired Hump!
