More Celebrating To Do!

You can't have everything. I mean where would you put it? - Steven Wright.
Welcome to my Saturday Tidy-up 👋
We did the Heardles early....
Heardle 60s:
My answers were:
Now to listen to "The Sounds of the 60s"
with brew and breakfast.

Frank Ifield - I Remember You
One son walked to work.
The younger son went off to see his friend who had just come back from his holiday in Cuba.
We got on with tidying up the Dining Room.
A black foot print on the newly painted step appeared...
The story behind it...
Hubby who had painted the top wall above the front door, hadn't put the top of the lid down enough. He put it under the garden table. Something had knocked it over. Son had come back in the dark, didn't see it, and stepped in it, and left the foot print!
The pot of paint to carry on painting the step was misdelivered yesterday again to one of the factories. The Delivery firm wanted feedback.
Straight 0's they got.
Red light must have been flashing in the feedback office as had a email from them shortly afterwards to look in it!
So the footprint stops on the step until the pot of paint can be redelivered to me!
Coffee machine went on....
After 25 minutes,it was time for a much needed coffee.
I came across a postcard that was sent to us in August 2011↓↓
I didn't find this postcard very funny.
As I had a purple hat for wedding which was only weeks away.
The person who sent this postcard was no longer invited to our wedding.
She had to sit on the wall outside the Registry Office, while we got married.
Lunch time.
Now for a little trip out...
The view from the car park.
Really great soundtrack from 1976!
Back home for a light tea.
 Quick look in today's newspaper.

Packed the overnight bag.
Out we go...
There was a wedding being held there.
We got the key.
Off to our room we go.
Time to use that big television!
A good film was on!
Then we had fireworks!
Sleep tea Time.
Now to try out the bed!
Night Night 😎.
