Disco Time!

There are two types of people; those who walk into a room and say, "Well, here I am," and those who walk into a room and say, "Ah, there you are!". - Frederick Collins
Welcome to my SundayπŸ’‹
After the late night we had.
We had a bit of lie-in.
Nice brew in bed with a warm hug.
Breakfast.
We just lay in bed listening to the radio.
Loud knock on the front door.
It was my next door neighbour.
He was locked out.
Good job his son gave me a spare key!
Now to get dressed!
First a warm coffee to wake the brain.
Then out for a little ride.
We got the newspaper.
Then to test hubby's air pressure of his tyres.
The electrics were playing up on his car....
Spooky time πŸ‘»
Gets back home.
I use up some shortcrust pastry and a jar of mincemeat.
Blind baked the pastry.
Let it cool down.
Added the filling and back in the oven it goes.
Late lunchtime.
The tart had been baked.
I gone on with cooking tonight's tea before putting it in the oven for later.
Belated Tea at 3.
I ordered some things I need for the upcoming Valentine's Day πŸ’—
Hopefully they will arrive before Feb 14th!

We were still full up to eat the tart I made earlier, we are eating our little bit tomorrow.

Little Richard

was an American musician, singer, and songwriter. He was an influential figure in popular music and culture for seven decades. Nicknamed "The Innovator, The Originator, and The Architect of Rock and Roll", Richard's most celebrated work dates from the mid-1950s, when his charismatic showmanship and dynamic music, characterized by frenetic piano playing, pounding back beat and raspy shouted vocals, laid the foundation for rock and roll.
He would have been 88 years old 🎈
