High Hopes For Tuesday!

An unhurried sense of time is itself a form of wealth - Bonnie Friedman
 Welcome to my Tuesday 🍿
Hoping I have a better day than I did yesterday.
Hug and brew↑
Breakfast.
Dressed.
I remembered my facemask today.
Off for our daily walk↓
Gave my hubby a wet sloppy πŸ’‹ before he went to work.
I did the same to my kids before they left for school πŸ’‹πŸ’‹.
I loaded up the dish washer.
More washing went on the line.
I am hoping my new sim card comes for my phone as I can't text and ring anyone at the moment...
Coffee and nibble↑
Quick read of the newspaper↓
Andrea Bocelli  is an Italian opera singer, songwriter, tenor and record producer. He was diagnosed with congenital glaucoma at 5 months old, and became completely blind at age 12, following a soccer accident. After performing evenings in piano bars and competing in local singing contests, Bocelli signed his first recording contract with the Sugar Music label. He rose to fame in 1994, winning the preliminary round of the 44th Sanremo Music Festival performing "Miserere", with the highest marks ever recorded in the newcomers section. He is 62 years old 🎈
Chas Hodges  was an English musician and singer who was the lead vocalist of the musical duo Chas & Dave.He died on this day in 2018 aged 74.
Then to put on those BIG BIG sunglasses.
Off out for a little singing session in Sexy Beast.
I got some nice material delivered to me before I left the house.
(They couldn't find my house on Saturday)
I looked across the fields of fun.
Another bad day....
Is this week going to improve????
Back to singing in Sexy Beast to lift my mood!

Back home in the sunshine!
It was nice to have my lunch outside in the front garden.
I had a stress migraine come on.
I took a headache tablet, and lay down in a dark room for it to shift....
After a bit, it had gone.
I got tea ready to put on.
I was glad to see hubby, gave him a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ .
We did what we did yesterday.
Walked up and down the road twice.
Felt better after that.
We had tea involving bacon, eggs, sausage and beans....
So nice...
We watched Boris...
Then
With Sleep Tea
High hopes for another sunny Hump Day tomorrow😎

Miles Of Cake Everywhere!

Of all the friends I've ever had, you're the first - Bender, Futurama
No lie-in for us on this Sunday.
We were off to the NEC to look at 3 shows, including Simply Christmas.
But first a cup of tea in a warm bed with hubby.
I put a cake into the Cake competition in 2013.
My cake was Shaun the Sheep and Friends in Halloween Fancy Dress↓
At least it's stopped raining!
 On our way...
That what we are coming to look around↓
 Parked up↓
Now to look around the first hall↓

Now to look at lots of cake↓

I was asked at the Great British Bake Off stall if I wanted to go next year's show?
I replied "No!"
"As if my bakes were shot down in flames, I would be wimping in the corner of the tent!"
Now to look at some lovely cake!
