Cutting Off The Lights!

Welcome to my Doing up the house Sunday 💥

We had a bit of lie in this morning \o/

Breakfast and Brew.

We are carrying on with tidying up the outside of the house today.

The step, hubby painted yesterday, looks nice.

Now to put the stuff back on it...

While I did some weeding out in the front garden.

Hubby cut the lawn.

However he cut through a wire to one of garden lights.....

He will have to replace them....

Garden is going to be a dark in some places...

Afterwards, filled all the bird feeders.

Now to cut back the Butterfly plant.

We are going to move 2 garden composters.

In need of coffee first.

After moving some compost.

Time for light lunch.

Then we went out to get a few more food...

Anyone want a Barbie?

We did our shopping.

Back home to unpack the one bag of shopping we bought.

Now to carry on moving the compost ....back into the newly moved compost bins.

Hubby went for a bath.

I got on with making the tea. 

At least the back garden looks tidy.

The shared pathway has been swept.

Tea is ready.

Now to watch the follow-up film from last night.

Sleep tea time.

At least some of the lights are still working....

Only A Few Lights!

Welcome aboard my Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡

The sun was rising....🌞

Breakfast and Brew.

The thermal vest still goes on, as well as the my blue maxi dress.

It might be, a bit quiet as the teachers are on strike, so not many children to cross over.

Fetches my hat and off I leave...the house...

I gives hubby a sloppy wet one 😘 before I leaves.

Still puts on my winter coat with my summer hat.

Walks down to turn on my lights and fetches my newspaper.

Swaps my newspaper for my big stick.

Time to turn on my other lights.

Once I turned them on,

Let's move.....🍭

It was so quiet...

Until lorries started parking anywhere, causing the traffic to go round them and suddenly seeing me in the middle of the road!

Good job it was a bit quieter for traffic, god knows what it would have been like if it was busy!

Crossed over under 20 this morning.

It started to get busy for traffic as soon as I finished.

Goes back to Sexy Beast. 

Time for a chat with my parents.

I had a nice long chat.

Someone from my past was visiting his mum.

He used to visit car boots when we used to do them, 10 years ago.

We had a good chat for half an hour.

Told him to keep smiling :)

Back home.

Coffee time!

Unloaded the dishwasher.

Downloaded the photos for the upcoming blog posts.

Liquid lunch time.

Now out to do the afternoon shift.

On goes the summer hat and summer coat.

Meet up with one friend.

Turns on both lights, and looks in the Charity Shop.

On the way out, my other "husband" arrives with his dog.I ask "What had he done over the long weekend?"

"Went to Worcester, and spend over my budget?"

"What did you get to spend over your budget?" I asked.

"A watch that nearly cost £300?"

"Rolax?"I asked.

"No, a Casio!"

We bump into two more friends on the way back up.

I leave everyone chatting while I go and fetch my big stick.

Goes back to join the rabbit!

Then it was time to start.

I said goodbye to all my friends.

It was really quiet.

Crossed over under 20 again.

Hardly any traffic.

Finished in one piece.

Hometime.

Cup of brew is needed.

Writes yesterday's blog post.

Hubby comes home, and has a sloppy wet one 💋

Tea is served.

Beetroot Burger with onions.

I looked into today's newspaper.
