He said,"Why? I'm already here." - Phyllis Diller

Nutcrackers time!

We go into Iceland, and Lidl.
Coffee and nibble.
Onto Waitrose.

We stopped at 11am.
However some people in the cafe kept talking and someone was using the coffee machine for a takeaway coffee.
We paid for our shopping.
Back home to unpack our shopping.
Liquid lunch time.
Wrote yesterday's blog post.
Now to try on tomorrow's outfit for the Rememberance Parade.
Pity it's going to rain tomorrow.
It will be hidden by a rain mac.
I had a hot shower.
Followed by tea.
We watched some James Whale.
Followed by the news and newspaper review.
Sleep Tea time.
Early night.
Busy day tomorrow.

 Welcome to my Remembrance Sunday🌹
Hug with brew.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
Now out to get some fresh air!
Checks Sexy Beast's tyre pressures.
Back before the 2 minute silence.
Watches the full service until 12.30pm.
Then it's time for a little bike ride...
Watches a bit of Ronin while cycling.
Felt better after that!
Time for lunch!
Then it's time to put another layer to the Living Room curtains.
One done.
Second one done.
Hubby hung them back up.
Then I got on with making tonight's tea.
Once it was put in the oven.
I went off to have a hot shower.
Then it was time to dish up the grub!
A bit of music is needed from the 1960s
While everyone was else having showers, I caught up with yesterday's blog post.
Once that was done.
We caught up with episode 3 of series one of "Fame."
Quick look into today's newspaper.
Freddie Garrity was an English singer and actor who was the frontman and comical element in the 1960s' beat band Freddie and the Dreamers.
He would have been 85 years old 🎈
He sadly died aged 69 in 2006.
Sleep Tea Time...
Back on the Wobbly Work Wheel tomorrow 🎡

Early Birthday Treat!

Ducking for apples. Change one letter and it's the story of my life - Dorothy Parker
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Nice big hug with brew.
Breakfast.
I gave hubby a wet sloppy 💋 before he went to work.
I meanwhile made full use of that king size bed and went back to sleep!
Later on I got up, dressed and went out in Sexy Beast to fetch the newspaper and next door's magazine.
Back for coffee!
Then I wrote yesterday's blog all the way to dinnertime....
Then to some a little bit of housework.
Tea at 3.
Before putting the tea in the oven.
Once hubby came home, he had a nice wet slopply wet 😘.
We had a nice tea involving fish and wedges.
Now to give my dad a early Birthday Surprise.
Rainbow greeted us as we were leaving..
Balloon time 🎈
I added more flowers to his grave.
Then went to collect a lucky bag from Morrisons.
Back home to see what was in the bag.
Now to look in today's newspaper.
