Gotta Keep Searching!

I have a large seashell collection, which i keep scattered on beaches all over the world. Maybe you've seen it? - Steven Wright
Welcome to my Thursday 🌀
Nice warm hug.
Brew with breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
We are expecting strong winds today!
Now out to experience those strong winds..
I gives hubby a sloppy wet one before I leave.
I go and fetch my newspaper before I get changed.
On goes the two winter hats and warm gloves.
The wind is already getting up.
I puts on my lights.
Now for the fun to start....!
Plenty of BOINGs being given out.
Cars not stopping, when I put my stick out!
The wind not being helpfu, being blown about!
I wave to the driver of the Flower lorry.
I finished in piece.
Back home.
Coffee machine put on.
Unloaded dishwasher and loaded it back up.
Coffee time.
I put the soup machine back on.
Now to write yesterday's blog post up to lunch!
Time for a liquid lunch...
My autographed picture was delivered to me.
It is from the actor John De Lancie, who plays Q in Star Trek:Picard in the second season.
Now to order a picture frame for it.
Now off out for part 2.
Big big sunglasses go on.
I put one winter hat and a pair of gloves on.
Puts on my lights.
Now it's rabbit time with my friends.
That wind is getting up!
Time to say goodbye to my friends.
Let's hope some cars stop!
Oh was I wrong to think that!
Just stuck out my big stick a bit in the road, car came up, and drove around it!
No BOINGs given out, as I didn't fancy my big stick flying off!
At least I finished in one piece!
Hometime.
The wind has got to my neighbour's bin↓
Now for a cup of brew.
I got on with making tonight's tea.
Linguine time!
Red onions, garlic, spinach and bacon bits fried and added on the top of it!
Lovely!
Gave hubby a sloppy wet one when he came up.
Dished up the tea.
Then we had to go out and find some fuel.
Nothing at
Gulf,
Sainsburys,
BP at Bordesley,
Last chance was BP at Woodow.
I got onto the forecourt, the two cars in front moved onto another pump, the Range Rover didn't wait any longer and went.
The Pump I was waiting near had run out of unleaded and diesel, but had some super unleaded left.
I put some in Sexy Beast
The Merc driver in front of me, after 3 attempts of getting cash out of the near-by cash machine, got the money to pay for his fuel.
I paid for my fuel, and went past the empty pump he was at.
His fuel came to £39.71.
Finally got back home with the sun going down.
Now to look into today's newspaper.

My stick was nice and high, and a van went straight under it!
BOING!
Some cars on the otherside of the road had BOINGs as well!
There had cars slamming their brakes on as well!
Glad to have survived that one!
I walked down to the Post Office and sent off my letter to my Prison Pen Pal in the USA.
I told them at the counter, I prefer handwriting the letter, practice my handwriting!
Even if it costs me £2.25 each time.

His neighbour found it on her wall.
I turned on my lights.
Now for a little rabbit with my two friends.
I said goodbye to my friends.
Now to start the afternoon shift 🍭
Oh dear, carrying on from this morning.
I lowered my stick, the car kept going and underneath it went.

Stopping That Noise!!!

It may be that your sole purpose in life is to serve as a warning to others - Anon
Welcome to my Thursday 💄
After spending a lot of night trying to get comfortable on a 2 seater sofa, it was time for a much needed cup of tea!
Sleeping Beauty rose and made breakfast.
We got both sons up.
(One son is going into work)
While I was getting dressed, hubby fetched the newspaper and filled his car up with fuel.
Then he dropped son off and came back to pick us up.
The postman arrived and gave me my mail.
I had a reply from one of the prisoners on Death Row, I wrote to at the beginning of the month.
Now onto another Road Trip...
We looked around the market.
Now to hit the Charity shops..
Now for a coffee...
They didn't have Full Fat Milk (Blue)
So had soya milk with my Americano
Now to get back on the Charity Shop Hunt.
Got lots of bargains!
Now back home.
Got the soup maker out....
The soup didn't taste as good as yesterday :(
Live and learn.
Hubby went out to get some Ear Plugs, as it would have been another night for me on the sofa as my Ear Plugs from Amazon wasn't coming until tomorrow.
He found some!
Hubby then went out with son to do the week's shopping (And next door's shopping)
One Black Audi travelling with no headlights, actually went off the highway and went back on.
Hubby was glad it turned left at the Road Traffic Island.
I got on with writing the blog from yesterday.
