Just Don't Need This!

No good deed ever goes unpublished - Clare Boothe Lace
Welcome to my Friday 🎈
I had to go downstairs at 4am as it was too hot in our bedroom.
I was back upstairs later to enjoy hugs and brew.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ before he went to work.
I was dropping off son at work early.
While I was waiting, I dug out the much needed Webbs free coffee vouchers!
Once son was ready,
We left the house.
Drops son off.
Now onwards to Webbs.
Someone else parked by the B3 sign.
There is always next time!
Toast, coffee and chat time!
I found a long handled dustpan and brush on the sale stand.
(Looks a lot like my old Dunelm one)
Said goodbye to my friend and back home I went.
I put two loads of washing on the line to dry.
Late lunch.
Then to get two magic bags of food from Morrisons.
Loads of veg for this week to eat!
As soon as I get home to unpack the bags.
Son needed picking up from Sainsburys.
Out I go again....
First a car coming towards me and to swirve back onto his side of the road. Next a pink smart car was sat on my arse on the way to Sainsburys!
Picked up son from Sainsburys, then I had more fun going back home.
A BMW was in the wrong lane and pulled in front of me, then he decided to slow down on the dual carriageway.I overtook him, tried to get back into the inside lane and no car would let me!
I carried onto the next junction, when a red Audi overtakes me on the slip road and then pulls in front me when we get on to the dual carriageway. Once I get off onto the next slip road a car appeared sat on my arse until he turns right at the roundabout, I turn left.
I was so glad to get back home!!!!
Time for tea!
Hubby dropped son off at football.
Then he carried onto Bromsgrove with the younger son to do this week's food shopping.
I tidied up the house and watered the plants.
He picked up son from football.
Then we went out to get some more food.
One was from a M&S Petrol Station and the other was from Waitrose.
On the way out, someone left their glasses on the bench...
Back home to unpack the goodies...
We put it all away.
Quick look at today's newspaper.
We watched the news and turned the internet off.
Younger son didn't take kindly to that and started to threaten me!
His laptop and mobile was took off him.
I had a few stern words for him.
The internet is going to be rationed starting Monday, let's hope the threats stop soon.
Now to enjoy what's left of the Friday Feeling🎈

In Need Of The Ice Lolly!

Some people pay a complment as if they expected a receipt
- Kim Hubbard
Welcome to the Friday Feeling 🎈
Nice big warm hug with brew.
Breakfast.
Dressed.
I got one son up for school.
I took a bottle of water with me as it was already getting warm.
Gave out sloppy wet πŸ’‹πŸ’‹πŸ’‹
Now out,
Summer coat on.
&
Big big sunglasses.

Now for the fun to start...🎈
It was quiet for a Friday...
A few car drivers were banging their gums together because I stopped them.
It was getting quite warm in my coat....
(Don't know what this afternoon is going to be like!)
I finished in one piece, and was glad to take off the coat!
I picks up the newspaper on the way home.
I gives the plants a quick drink before the sun moves around.
Now for coffee and nibble in the garden.
My friend comes round with her daughter.
She is having the pink car and the sandpit when she comes around during the school holidays.
(another good deed)
She then left to go to town with another friend.
I meanwhile chilled in the garden until the sun came round, then it was too hot to sit in it!
Lunchtime.
Watched another episode of Hotel Inspector.
It was warming up outside.
Once I turned my lights on.
I went to get a ice lolly as I was starting to sweat in my summer coat.
After I had that, I stood in the shade before I started my final shift of the week.
Let the fun start ....🎈
It started fine.
One car was trying to move forward as I was stood in the middle of the road, he tried to edge forward, while I walking back to the pavement, He had to stop quick!
He put his hand up, the woman sat in the passenger seat laughed, I growled at her when I finally got back on the pavement.
The clouds blocked the sun, so I didn't have the blazing sun on me.
Finished in one piece!
I chattered to my friend for 5 minutes.
The Caretaker of the hall asked how long will I be?
"Five minutes,"I replied.
He closed the bottom gate, another parent had parked their car in the car park. I put all my lollipop stuff in the car, and said goodbye to everyone.
As I went through the other gate, the parent of the car that was left in the car park, appeared and tried to talk to the caretaker not to close the gate so she could get her car out of the car park!
Back home for a ice lolly.
I picked up one son, and off to Sainsburys.
They had knocked things down for the garden.
I got two nice wind chimes.
I also got a plant for my dad's 80th Birthday.
Back home.
Put up the wind chimes I bought.
I gave hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ when he came home.
Now for some chinese...
Hubby dropped off one son to play football, then off to do the week's food shopping (and neighbour's shopping) with our other son.
I meanwhile had a soak in the bath.
Once out I chilled out reading today's newspaper.

 Once everyone was back.
We caught up with today's news.
Then to sleep on top of the duvet as it is still warm!

Tree shot↑↑
My lollypop boss came to visit me.
One car had to slam their brakes on, or the lollypop stick would have smacked their windscreen.
I had a few near misses of car going under the lollypop stick.
It seems to be getting worst especially in the afternoons, I told her.
I said my goodbye, she left, and I finished 10 minutes later in one piece!
Back home.
I had my plant pots arrive!
Now for coffee...
The cake supplies were delivered as well.
(Just in time to make the cake for Tuesday!)
Now to put on the gardening gloves..
Now to repot the plants with the help of 225 litres of compost.
3 hours later...
My other crochet blanket arrived.
(It is being used to cover the one remaining sofa arm)
Light lunch.
I dropped off son at his job.
Now to do the last shift of the lollipop of the week.

Which I did....
Sharing the Friday Feeling 🎈
Now for the fun to start...
One car driver had to slam their brakes on, as they would have gone for the actual lollipop pole!
It was starting to get warm again.
Finished in one piece.
My friend turned up with his dog for a quick chat!
Wished him a good weekend afterwards.
Back home.
Younger son has cut back the bush...
I had a nice coffee in the garden.
All the branches were put in a spare rubble bag I had in the back garden.
Popped into Sainsburys while I waited for son to walk back from work.
Gets back home.
Puts the tea in the oven.
Gives hubby a sloppy wet πŸ’‹ when he returned home.
Tea is served up!
Hubby went off to do the shopping with younger son, while I enjoyed a lovely bath!
Hubby came back, he needs only £4 more to spend at Lidl to get £10 off next week.
(A little visit to Lidl tomorrow!)
We caught up on the news including the photos and video of  the Government Health Minister and his aide.
Tomorrow's front page of the Star is brilliant!
Now to enjoy the remaining Friday Feeling🎈
