Saddle Up Cowboy!

“When you’re a cowboy, life isn’t all about horses and rodeo’s. It’s about mud and dirt, and cowboy boots.” - Cowboy Proverb
Welcome to my Cowboy themed Saturday 🤠
We are going to a Family Work Event this afternoon, got the stuff to dress up!
But first...
Heardle Time!
Heardle 60s:
My son's guesses:
Listened to "Sounds of the 60s"

Hubby and son went out to do the food shopping.
I watered the plants.
Put the coffee machine on.
The washing machine went on.
Coffee time
I had a early lunch as I didn't fancy beef burgers at the Family Fun Day.
Once hubby came back.
Put the shopping away.
Now to play cowboys!
Out we all go.
Car accident happened on the way.
We had to go through Evesham Town Centre.
Oh dear, long tail backs!
Finally gets to the Fun Day!
Hubby's tash reminded of a Benny Hill scene.
Someone had my burger.
Now it's time in the Stocks!
With added wet sponge!

New sex toy!
Finished the event off with a water gun fight!
Hubby fell asleep on the way home.
He didn't even wake up when I went around a mini-roundabout 3 times.
Back home.
Now to watch some telly!
We had wraps for tea.
Quick look in today's newspaper:

Incoming.....

It works better if you plug it in - Sattinger's Law
Welcome to my Hump of the Week 🐫
Nice big hug to start the Hump with.
Brew with breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
Dressed.
Gives hubby a sloppy wet 💋 before I leave.
On goes 1 winter hat with one glove.
I turned on my lights.
Now to walk down to my spot.
Now for the fun to start....🍭
Couple of cars had to be "Boing"
One car driver shouted at me after I stopped at him, and was walking back to my side of the road.
"You have stopped me twice this week!" He laughed and drove off.
He gave me a thumb when he went past five minutes later.
I was talking to someone about the red BMW from yesterday, when the actual red BMW went past me, and the driver gave me a look!
Finished in one piece.
I got the newspaper on the way home.
Puts on the coffee machine.
More Christmas Decorations added.
Now to get yesterday's blog wrote.
I thought it would only take a hour, all the way to lunch it took!
Hubby had his boxset come.
Out I go.
1 winter hat and one glove.
Walked up the road to turn on my lights.
Then back down to talk to my 2 friends.
No low lying sun this afternoon.
I said goodbye to my friends.
Now to start the afternoon shift!
Oh dear, one sporty tin can with a hair dryer as an exhaust was going to blast past me.
However he didn't succeed.
Out comes the stick and he had to slam the brakes on. Afterwards, he tried to get up the revs, and failed.
I was given two Christmas presents.
Just 5 minutes from the end of shift, I was two children over, when a car appeared to come out of a side road:
Incoming car not stopping!
So I had to put out my hand to stop the kids from crossing over to the other side of the road, as the car just sped past us in the middle of the road!
I was glad I made sure the kids were safe and didn't get run over!
Finished in one piece at the end of my shift.
Back home I go.
Time for a brew.
What is behind the Advent Door today?
I got tea on the go.
Hubby came back and had a sloppy wet 💋
Tea is served.
Afterwards we nipped out to spend that voucher....
Nice big casserole dish going....↑
Got the rest of the Christmas things we needed, as I expect by next Wednesday, you couldn't get a Christmas Pudding for love or money!
Back home to unpack it all.
Now to look in the newspaper.
Hubby had a car with a electronic handbrake.
Until the car rolled off the kerb down the road while we dropping off our kids at Scout Meeting.
Lots of adults had to try and stop the car from going any further.
After that, he got a car with a manual handbrake!

I missed a death of Billie Jo Spears from my blog post yesterday.
Billie Jo Spears (born Billie Joe Moore) was an American country music singer. She reached the top 10 of the country music chart five times between 1969 and 1977, her biggest being "Blanket on the Ground", a 1975 number-one hit. She also had a large following in the United Kingdom with two of her singles reaching the pop top ten.
She sadly died on the 14th December 2011 aged 73.
Sleep Tea Time.
Only 2 days left of being on the Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡
