I Wasn't Expecting That!

As the cow said to the farmer:
"Thank you for a warm hand on a cold morning," - John F.Kennedy
Welcome aboard my Wobbly Work Wheel 🎡
Nice warm hug.
Breakfast with brew.
Thermal vest goes on.
Now here's what happened when I was putting on my trainers at the bottom of the stairs.
Grumpy son slammed the bathroom door really hard...
My late's dad's wall unit which contained his cars and trains...
Flew off the wall, hitting a picture on the wall opposite...
Then it all came crashing down the stairs...
It's a good job I moved out the way and moved to the front door, as I was nearly hit by a large jagged edge of glass from the picture!
It reminded of a certain scene from The Omen..
The glass was bagged up safely,
The frame was in the recycling bin.
Now need a new frame for the nice picture!
Let's hope nothing else is going to happen to me!
I gave hubby a sloppy wet one before I left.
I still put on two winter hats and gloves.
I turned on my lights.
Now to rock 'n' roll...
Back to normal.
Cars failing to stop both sides.
BOINGS given out left, right and centre!
I spoke to someone and they also said about The Omen. Another said, to sage the whole house.
I survived the morning shift.
I went down to Morrisons for some bits.
I went round to the Newsagent to pick up my newspaper with my new voucher.
Wouldn't scan it, wouldn't accept it.
There was a large queue forming.
I had to pay 70p instead.
(Trying somewhere else to see if the vouchers are playing up)
Gets back home.
The coffee machine goes on.
Dishwasher gets emptied.
The washing gets puts away.
Coffee break!
Soup maker goes on.
Does more housework until it's time for some liquid lunch!
Now out for part 2...
Only one winter and no gloves it was that warm!
Put on my lights.
Now time for a little rabbit with my friends..
Told them about the near miss I had this morning with some broken glass!
I said goodbye to my friends.
I was having fun with the cars again!
Back to ignoring the big stick and let's keep going...
Far too early in the week to tap and crack.....
Some were trying their luck!
At last I finished in one piece!
Home time.
Much needed cup of brew when I got back!
Then it was back to catch up with this blog.
I wrote yesterday's blog.
Then published 4 blog posts.
Now to make the meat-free Stir Fry.
Now to look on Netflix for something to watch...
Really good!
Quick look in today's newspaper.
Maurice  Cole better known as Kenny Everett, was an English comedian, radio disc jockey and television presenter. Stripping Off The Layers!

One can never be too thin or too rich - Wallis Simpson
Welcome to my Tuesday 💪
Nice big warm hug to start the day with.
Followed by brew and breakfast.
Thermal vest goes on.
Now to unwrap Sexy Beast.
The sun might be out,
but it's well cold.
I gives hubby a sloppy wet one before I leave.
The big big sunglasses goes on.
As well as two hats and warm gloves.
I turns on my lights.
Now time to Rock 'n' Roll.
Where has all the traffic gone?
It is so quiet for a change!
The normal black car with the granddad driving his granddaughter goes straight under my raised stick....Limbo dancer I call it.
He never stops....
I actually stopped the yellow Fiat car that normally never stops, this time I was in the middle of road with my big stick on her side of the road.
I finished in one piece.
Off to get some milk...
I did a bit of shopping in Lidl.
Nipped into Dunelm, had a look around.
The Only thing I got my favourite kitchen cleaner:
Method.
Gets the newspaper on the way home.
Puts the coffee machine on.
Now to strip of the bed clothes.
I put on another teddy duvet and teddy sheet.
On top of the 16 tog duvet cover.
We should be well warm!
Loaded up the dishwasher.
Cleaned the kitchen.
Put on the soup maker on for new batch.
Coffee time.
Lit some incense and tried to meditate.
Felt better after that!
Soup time!
Finished off the soup that was in the fridge.
Now for part two...
Time for those big big sunglasses again.
I took off one winter hat, but kept on my gloves.
Turned on my lights.
Walked back to Sexy Beast.
Getting well warm.
Off goes jumper, scarf, and gloves.
I couldn't take nothing else off.
Goes and waits by the bench for my friends.
My friends appeared.
Time for a little rabbit...
Said goodbye to my friends.
The family who had a visit from the Police last Friday, left in a red car.
20 minutes two nurses were at there door trying to get in. I shouted over they had left a little earlier. One nurse came over and told her they all left about 20 minutes. She thanked me for giving her the heads up.
The normal fun I had for giving out BOINGs.
One boy racer went past and could feel the burn I was giving out, he mouthed something at me, I mouthed "Afternoon" back to him!
I finished in one piece.
Home time.
Much needed brew needed.
I got on writing yesterday's blog post.
Half way through writing it, I put the tea on.
Hubby came home.
He had a sloppy wet one.
Dished up out Pasta dish.
Finished writing my blog after tea.
Had a quick look in today's newspaper.
